I've been struggling a lot recently with my mental health.
I've always been picky with food and would just not eat for a day or two and then gorge myself for the next couple of days before settling into a normal rhythm again. Since I started working out I've been keeping an extra close eye on my diet, which has included just eating less and working harder, or just not eating at all if I don't do a workout. But now recently I've been stopping myself eating altogether because I've not felt like I've deserved food at all and it's been 3 days since I last had a meal and theres been 4 snacks in that entire time and I'm starting to worry that someone's going to notice. |

Hello, I'm sorry to hear you're struggling with these thoughts. I see no one has decided to reply to your post so I thought I might. Why do you think you don't deserve food? Can you talk to anyone you're close with about how you're feeling? I'm sorry you're going through this... feel free to PM me anytime.
