I tend to do a lot of food prepping both for general convenience and because it helps with my ED. But I'm finding that sometimes (like a day or two out of the week), I don't have food prepared and I'm wondering if there are any reasonably healthy single-portion foods out there that could be used to fill in during these times? It helps to have things already in one portion so I am less likely to binge.

My go to place is usually Sprouts (not sure if you have one around where you live). I've been able to find good, single portion, healthy foods for the times that I just can't cook something or don't want to eat one of my prepackaged freezer meals.
Foods like healthy ramen or the Madras Lentils, etc. Good luck! __________________ Yes. Jesus is the reason I am still alive today. Diagnoses: MDD, BPD, PTSD, OCD, AN-BP (I don't define myself by my personal alphabet up there, but I put it there so that maybe somebody won't feel so alone ) |

I typically go to my local supermarket and pick up the store brand snack boxes-- I like the ones with apples, cheese, nuts and pretzels especially, but they have a lot of other combos. Hope this helps.
