Okay so when I get hungry I feel like I want to loose weight and want to be like all those emo girls how do I stop those voices that keep telling me too loose weight?

Honestly this topic is something you need to talk to a Therapist about.

I have struggled with anorexia since age 9 and I’m 53 it comes and goes in waves. It’s just awful.

Just have willpower and lose weight. But don’t go to extremes. Do it the healthy and slow way. Eat less and exercise. Don’t go below 1200 calories a day. And also see a therapist to talk about your feelings and the thoughts you are having.
