I don't necessarily think I have an eating disorder. I guess you could say I have eating problems, and I don't know how to fix them. Or rather, I don't really want to. A while ago I was seeing a therapist and a nutritionist, but both annoyed me and it was embarrassing so I stopped. I have had really bad anxiety my entire life, so I think some of my eating problems could have been me trying to take back control of my life after my anxiety stole it. And surprise surprise, it just gave me even more things to worry about.

You are not alone.. I have an unhealthy relationship with food too.

There is something called disordered eating that is almost like its own eating disorder. Sometimes its a precursor to anorexia or bulimia.
