I am getting intense stomach pains caused by me being hungry
problem is that I just can't seem to feel full and be satisfied with what I've had. I could eat a proper meal, it's not enough. I could eat more than I usually do, it's not enough, I could eat really well, it's not enough. I don't know what's wrong: but I feel a bit like oliver twist constantly asking for more embarrassing when I've all ready eaten more than I should for that day my tummy just still rumbles and still hurts I don't really understand it, I just know that I'm eating a decent amount, but my tummy doesn't think so |

Dear ragingvortex,
I have a similar problem. You describe it better than I could. Some things that help me [not giving advice since I am not qualified to give advice]: I take psyllium fiber 3 times a day and this gives me some relief from my ravenous appetite. Another thing that helped me was cutting out diet soda. I read somewhere that aspartame contains phenylalanine, which is an amino acid that stimulates the appetite. Perhaps I am wrong about this. I am often wrong about things. Although these two things have helped, I am still struggling. If you find anything that helps you please let us know. My A1C is high [one point from being diabetic], so having a ravenous appetite is not something greatly desired by me, to put it mildly. I sure hope you find something that helps you. Being hungry all the time is not fun! Sincerely yours, Yao Wen |
