MFP daily calories 1,228. Apple Watch steps 7,257. Water intake 34oz. Worked out for thirty minutes on the treadmill. I have not weighed myself in three weeks. I hate doing it, it gives me anxiety but I’m going to this Monday.

I rarely weigh myself either Coco, I've heard that clothes fitting better is a good way to check progress without watching the scales.

I had a short run this morning but had to stop as it was so windy. I felt exhausted. Have had migraines most of this week and that and my back ache stopped me exercising. Going to try to get out more this week!

I did it! I weighed myself but I had a shirt on. I’m 4.6 lbs down. A total of 7 lbs so far. I’m leaning really hard toward a plant based lifestyle. I’ve been giving it a try and I like it.

Wow that is fantastic loss Coco!

I ran today, very slow and struggled. It was the first time in months back with my running group and I ended up way behind everyone. But I did it.

Ran again last night with my group and had a much better session. Again I was at the back but this time not alone as there were some nice ladies to chat with who were about my speed.

Hope you feel better soon Coco!

I had a couple of rest days, I did a lot of housework on one of them and got a walk out on the other.

Tonight I got to my running group, slow but steady, appreciating the company too.

Thanks Coco, you too!

Today I had a fairly easy day but cycled to and from a friends house, it's a little less cold today which feels good. I am eager for spring!
