I am not sure how much of my story I should share. It may bore you but I will say I hit my all time highest weight 240lbs in December 2015. I have now since been on the journey to recovering from a food addiction and I am currently at 165lbs but hope to get to 130-135 to be "healthy". I realize I do not need to be "perfect" just healthy.

How did I do it you might ask? Well I cut all my portions by 75%. I did not stop eating fast food altogether or other yummy foods rather i would sparingly eat them and when I did eat them once a week to twice a week I ate 25% of what I used to eat.

As I said before I am still on my journey and have now incorporated yoga and trying to start up Barre and Yoga classes. I do walk here and there as well. I am starting the original bulletproof coffee as soon as my order comes in, adding more fruits and vegetables, and good carbs and fats as well as a LOT of protein.

It's journey and I am right there with you.
