Default Hypnotism

I've been having success the last 2-3 months with hypnotism .mp3 files. My doctor was thrilled with my 12 pound (in two months) loss when I saw her last month and I'm still working with the weight loss, healthy eating, and general overall good health files, and still losing.

Can you explain what these hypno mp3s are? What does it say to you? How do they work?

Here's one I like; you can listen to it (or watch it on YouTube) before you try it.

https://hypno.nimja.com/listen/190

When you are relaxing with headphones on and eyes closed, they just help get your "head" out of the way so you can focus on suggestions, which then are more easily remembered and top of mind, etc. so you don't have to "work" at remembering them, they become more automatic, influencing your day-to-day behaviors and when listened to over and over, you change your habits. I listen to his and a couple others and their, more general, healthy living sort of files too: https://hypno.nimja.com/listen/32

This guy's about page is very good, explaining and answering questions: https://hypno.nimja.com/about
