Hi, guys!
I have had the hardest time lately getting back on the wagon. A couple years ago, I lost about 70 or so pounds. Now, I've gained 30 back. UGH!!! It's so frustrating. I'm sure it's all the medications I take that make it so hard, but I'm determined to get back on the wagon. Anyone have any suggestions as to how to have a strong start with good motivation? Right now I don't feel extremely motivated, just somewhat motivated. My plan is to do Weight Watchers and to start attending meetings, too. Any success stories from those of you who have lost weight and kept it off? __________________ ...Out of night and alarm Out of terrible dreams Reach me your hand! Discipline. Motivation has a short shelf life.
