I ate way too much last night. I also had a lot of water. So my weight went from 149.6 to 153.6. My body seems to like 153 for some reason.

Anyways today my calories come out to 1,130.

A 2500 calorie day. No exercise. Geez. Well, I ended up snacking on popcorn which remved the deficit that I was going to end up with which was not my intention. I will wrigh myself tomorrow.

Another stupid day yesterday. I dropped off tracking some last night, which I pretty much never do. This morning, I have been to the gym without logging it and have not eaten yet. I am going to look at yesterday and try to remember what I didn't log last night and log it as breakfast. I will likely weigh tomorrow, but I might have another gym day.

EDIT - I think I remember all of last night's indulgences and got them logged and went back on my decision to stop rolling forward and brought some forward. Since I did that, I need to log something for this morning's exercise instead of trying to balance unlogged food with unlogged exercise.

I ate too much again yesterday. My weight today was 154.8. So far I’ve had 760 calories and I have 440 calories left. Dinner will be just 8oz of chicken that willl have 220 calories total. So my snack will be a single serve package of dry roasted snap peas and a diet Snapple that comes out to 230 calories.

170 pounds. No exercise. Target is 2500 calories. The weight goes up amd down. I think if I eat at the same times every day, weigh at the same time every day, and be consistent in meeting my target, I should be able to stabelize my weight. I imagine exercising on a regular schedule can help too. Perhaps I can then make clockwork progress in gaining a couple pounds, and then maintaining my weight.

I have consumed 2680 calories which is 180 calories over which is not too bad. Hopefully I will be feeling better to run later today. Here I am still up at 3:30 in the early morning. So maybe I will run later in the morning, maybe by noon.

I did 2 hours on the ARCTrainer this morning. Logged 700 for it. Still playing games with moving things around trying to get calories right. My logging has been sloppy on both consumption and burn lately. I will weigh in the morning. Hopefully the recent slow trend down will continue, or at least it won't be a spike up.

I was 151.6 today. I feel like Dorothy from The Wizard Of Oz when she says “people come and go so quickly” except for me it’s “this weight comes and goes so quickly.”

My calories today equal to around 1200.

170 pounds. I am going to end up with 2600 calories. Still no exervise. I have been feeling better over the past couple days. I just am letting things get in the way.

Update: Here I am eating 2 Graham crackers.

Not sure how many calories consumed at dinner that included turkey chili with black beans, chopped potatoes, and added tortilla chips, and then ate strawberry yogurt, and 2 cake ball sweets with frosting. My guess is this dinner is 500 + calories and don’t want to think about it. This past weekend it was helpful that my favorite coffee shop lists total calories in food items so chose low fat turkey bacon and egg sandwich and chose the lowest calorie coffee drink, well compared to the 400+ calorie drinks next to it was the best option and tasty, 12 oz caramel macchiato.

155 this morning. As I suspected, the 158 from 3 days ago was a spike. I kind of expected a little bit of a spike this morning because of the salty "taco soup" (really more like chili). Also because of timing, I think there is more weight than usual "in the pipeline". Anyway, not sure I really believe I am 155 yet but the trend is definitely down. No exercise today, at least no long cardio session. I will do some TRX rows at home.

I will weigh myself tomorrow. I have consumed about 2687 calories. This includes allot of snacks like a protien bar, ice cream, graham crackers, and Redenbacher kettle corn.

169 pounds. I have consumed about 2,182 calories which is 318 calories short. This is the best I can do for waking up at 12 PM, with lunch at 5 PM. I am really stuffed.

FWIW I had four boneless ribs for dinner. This amounted to over a pound of pork uncooked. If this was from a regular rack of ribs, I would still be hungry. These boneless ribs are extremely meaty, each comparatively quite heavy to the in-bone version of a rib. I am now “stuffed to the gills”. This is an incredible deal at Costco. However, the regular rack of ribs are more tastey.

Came in around goal yesterday. I currently have goal at 1500, which is aggressive but I had success with doing it while losing. I will push it back up a bit when I start consistently weighing below 155. I really haven't had goal high at all while maintaining and nearly always stuck to it eventually (sometimes rolling calories forward a few days) yet it crept up. That was from sloppy logging and I suspect the "good" numbers I got for my long paddles were high. I erased a lot of overages with long paddles. It may be the numbers I used were for shorter more intense training sessions.

I didn't go to the gym last night or this morning but plan to tomorrow morning. Doing some TRX and kettlebell work at home today.

172 pounds. The two scales are a half a pound apart. I am likely to have eaten 2595 calories by the end of the day. My french toast with butter, slowly cooking the butter into each slice of bread, amounted to 1000 calories. More flavor, more calories.
