I had a couple off days. I weighed myself today and surprisingly I was only 151.6. I’m back on track today and so far I’ve only had 195 calories. I know that’s not good but I was at work all morning and then running errands after and I didn’t feel like stopping for fast food or anything. So I’m fixing some pizza and then I’ll have a bag of frozen zucchini later in the evening. I’m also drinking an Arizona lemonade right now. It will be a little bit low, but not too bad.

Went way over yesterday; trying to offset today. Did 80 minutes on the ARCTrainer and will try to be reasonable eating today.

I weighed 149.6 today. I must be burning a lot of calories at work. Or I really must be stressed but it’s been easy keeping my weight off. I went to A&W today and I had a burger and fries. I’m having a bag of vegetables now. Dinner will be a can of soup. I’m not sure on the exact calories. The burger had 454 calories. But I ordered it plain. Then everything else was “about” this many calories according to the nutrition on the back. It was around 1200 calories I guess.

Work's holiday dinner is tomorrow night at a local high end restaurant. Their signature dessert is chocolate chess pie. The planned menu is surf and turf - steak and lobster tail - with substitutions available for those with special diets. I don't eat our fellow mammals so I will get surf and surf. Lobster calories are not bad if yo don't dip in butter and I don't. It's the sides and that chocolate chess pie that will add up. I will weigh in the morning.

2700 calories. Will weigh myself tomorrow. I see my calorie intake has been going up and down. I think it may have averaged out, but I need to make my calorie intake more consistent. Had my aged steak, but it was too chewy. I need to cook it much longer than I did today. Maybe eight hours instead of 3.5 hours. Boy, there is allot of calories in a 9.5 ounce piece of meat! Still, I found myself eating extra calories by consuming cinamon toast, and kettle popcorn. Otherwise, I would of came out under 2500 calories.

I weighed and rounded up to 157 this morning, which is fine by me since I splurged a bit the last couple of days.

I have already eaten breakfast and lunch with surprisingly reasonable macros considering it totals to 421 calories. I forgot to take my meds this morning, so I will have some applesauce in a bit to be able to stomach them, but still leave myself about 1000 calories for the company dinner.

I had to get up really early in the morning, so that shot my schedule all to hell. I managed some cereal in the morning. I ate my lunch later in the afternoon. I have just finish my dinner, which consisted of four massive cuts of boneless rib meat. Just huge. I mean really large. The weight for the four combined was 3/4s of a pound. I want to restate that there is no bone in that weight. I could not eat all of it, but I came really close. 2486 calories today. I will work to be consistent in meeting my 2500 calorie goal.

@UpDownAround: Interesting word, “macros”. I did not know you tracked your macros. I did at one time. I think I do need to do this from time to time. Lets see, for today I am 92 grams of carbs short, 32 grams of fat over, and 18 grams of protien over. Looking at some of these figure on MFP, I see that I am a whopping 1,441 grams of sodium over. I guess there will be some water retention for my next weigh in tomorrow. Everything has salt in it. This must represent processed food.

@Tucson - I make sure I am getting reasonable protein because I have been working out so much. most days I come up short of what mfp recommends, but over RDA. Mostly I do cardio, so carbs are important, but my sweet tooth usually takes care of that. I am pretty low fat.

Company dinner last night. The only thing that really packed on calories was chocolate souffle. But I ate super light during the day leading up to it and I did 75 minutes on the ARC Trainer this morning; haven't logged it and might not or might log a low burn. I will weigh in the morning.

I was 148.8 today. My calories will equal to around 1200. So far I’ve had 680. I’m thinking of doing some type of excercise but doing a treadmill or a stationary bike is so tedious for me even with the TV on. So I was thinking of trying jump roping and maybe buying a pogo stick. I used to be really good at the pogo stick. I know the key to excercise is to find something you like.

156 this morning. Kind of a surprise as I went overboard a bit again. I think I am probably estimating lower than I need to on exercise. I also still have my goal set low so I have to go pretty far over just for it to be maintenance.

I was still 148.8 today. I plan on being a bit lenient with food until the day after Christmas. I like to splurge a bit around Christmas time. My Aunt made me some Christmas cookies today and we are going out to dinner Christmas Eve and we are having a big Christmas dinner. I think my weight is pretty stable right now at 148. My mom says I’m not eating enough and I’m getting really light headed. So more calories is necessary anyways. I don’t plan on going overboard or anything.

I went way over on calories yesterday and didn't weigh this morning. I hope to keep it in check better today, get in a long cardio session tonight and weigh in the morning. I think I need to making cutting back on carbs/sugar a priority for the New Year. I don't think they cause any major health issue; they just aren't filling enough and seem to make me hungry for more a lot of the time.

157 this morning. I didn't accomplish goals yesterday - 400 over and didn't go to the gym. I will go today. In my defense, yesterday turned out to be a high stress day, working remotely to get some hours in before the holiday. I had a hard problem that I was determined to resolve and I finally did about 8 last night. I hate turning in hours for remote work without progress, especially on a weekend.

Still 157. I did work out yesterday, but on the light side. I went well past goal. I think my goal setting is more of a deficit than I think. I am not sure how I managed to gain a couple of months ago.

I dread to step on the scales,I have indulged a bit food wise and I know I will have gained weight...I will tackle this come the new year,no point trying now with all the treats I got in for this christmas period.

Merry Christmas, everyone! I weighed this morning just to help motivate my self to keep it in check. 158. Yesterday is typically one of my more indulgent days; it is my eldest's birthday and we take him out to dinner and then have cake. Restaurant dinners are notoriously high calorie and he likes chocolate layer cake. A neighbor brings this really good spicy cracker mix that has a lot of oil in it. There is a bowl of Lindor balls, one of my weaknesses, out. Today is actually a little easier; I will eat a turkey thigh, a sweet potato and some veggies at dinner. I will have a piece of apple pie with caramel sauce and a scoop of vanilla ice cream afterwards. But it is easier to limit grazing today on stuff I had yesterday.

I demolished four jam dougnuts yesterday and had some coke cola.Today I got through a whole carton of Lindt chocolate balls and more coca cola,I ate peas,carrots and cauliflower cheese for dinner.I don't know what else I will get through by the end of the night.The day before yesterday I ate a whole bar of brandy fruit cake with marzipan and icing.Terribly sweet and full of high calories.

I was 152.4 today. I don’t think that’s too bad. I had a piece of cake at 9:30 this morning. Some meat at 11. Then I went for a huge chunk of time eating and drinking nothing but water. I had my Christmas dinner on a salad plate. And I just had one serving of everything. I was on my feet most of the day pacing because I was anticipating the arrival of family members so we could begin our Christmas celebrations. If anything I think I’ll be the same or just a couple oz above. I’m going to get back on track tommorow and then weigh on Thursday.

Way over again. I might not weigh for a few days. I am going to visit my sister in FL this weekend and will do some intense paddling. I am certain my true weight is under my upper limit, but I could spike over.
