I didn’t weigh today. I woke up really late at almost 10 in the morning. I did some grocery shopping and then went back to sleep until 1. I had some frozen pizza and some chili from Wendy’s. My calculator says I ate 845 calories. Having my sleep schedule messed up is making it difficult to eat. I may just skip dinner.

Skipping meals leads to overeating later on,are you sure you want to do that?

I did great the last few days until last night and then went several hundred over. I was 156 this morning, which I feel pretty good about since I had the big overage last night and expected something of a spike this morning. If that's a spike I am in great shape. Physical on Thursday afternoon.
I did do some serious paddling over the weekend, including my first time out through the breakers... __________________ | |Up and down |And in the end it's only round and round |Pink Floyd - Us and Them | |bipolar II, substance use disorder, ADD |lamictal, straterra | |

I was 148 exactly today. I wasn’t sure on how the scale would read today. I don’t have my meals planned out yet. I’m going to try to stick to the same 1200 calories though.

Another day way over but planning to hit the gym early both the next two days before my physical on Thursday afternoon. I will try to eat light tomorrow and fast during the day on Thursday so I can get blood work done at physical (yeah and have a low official weight for my 60 yo physical).

I ended up eating 1,170 calories today. Eating has just been making me sick to my stomach. I thought it was because 1200 wasn’t enough. But I’ve been eating through out the day. Today for example I was feeling sick but I thought it was because I only had 930 calories. So I had dinner which was a lean cuisine. I thought eating would help, and it didn’t. So I’m thinking maybe it’s my diet. But stuff like baked chicken causes nausea, and gives me headaches. Along with other types of fresh meat and fish. I don’t know really know what to do except to just keep on with this low calorie diet and just eat what I can. I know once I get to my goal weight I’ll have to up my calories. Probably to around 1800. I’ll figure it out when I get there.

2586 calories. I have been out of energy, not up to doing much of anything for several days now. I want to put back into place some sort of routine. Well, the holidays are now over so hopefully tomorrow will turn out to be more successful in this regard. I will weigh myself tomorrow morning to assess the damage from all the undocumented food that I have consumed.

Hard to be sure with the bouncing weights lately but from setting a low goal and probably underestimating burn from exercise, I seem to be down a pound or so from my weight before Christmas even though i went over goal quite a bit a number of times.

Went over yesterday when planning a light day, but had a low goal and probably under estimated exercise burn again. Physical this afternoon. i did eat early today; when i did the math for blood tests with an afternoon appointment, an early breakfast was okay. I will be kicking myself if weight comes in higher than i would like, which it probably will - afternoon and dressed. If my height is "officially" measured as 5'7", I need my weight to be 159 or less to ave a BMI under 25. I know it really is, but it will bug me if it is documented higher.

I didn’t weigh myself today. I had a couple sting cheeses and a Snapple at 9:30. Which had 170 calories. Then I got a sundae from Sams Club which had 490 calories. But I only ate half of it or less. Then I had a TV dinner which had 340 calories. I had 3 pieces of sushi this afternoon which had 190. Then for dinner I had a weight watchers cheeseburger which had 190 and a serving of steak fries which had 80 calories. My calculator says 1,215, but I’m not sure that’s accurate based on the ice cream. I’ll weigh tomorrow.

At my physical my weight was 158 with clothes on, except shoes, which were off for height check. Height is still 5'8", probably from improved posture and stretching. So my documented BMI is 24.0. BP 120/75, HR 64, don't smoke, no longer drink (over 18 months now) and turned 60 with visible abs. My primary was really pleased with that and so am I.

I ate over 3600 calories today. I see where some fat has developed around my stomach area. I will exercise at Planet Fitness. It is just too cold out for running. I need to lose at least four or five pounds now. I want my target weight to be 172 to 174. So I will adjust my base line intake down to 1600 calories. This will hel me lose one pound a week. I hope to burn at least 200 to 300 calories every other day. Running for me would be easier to commit to and more fun. I will just have to make due staying indoors. I will look at this in a positive way. This is my opportunity to develop some muscle.

I weighed 155 this morning. I must have severely underestimated recent exercise burns, though I have to keep in mind that I set goal as a big deficit. I have gone way over a lot. I have to be careful about assuming I am in the clear as a lot of the overages were due to calorie dense foods. They don't cause immediate gain; you have about the same amount in your gut as usual. They cause weight gain on ensuing days when you don't need your normal calorie total because of the surplus. But I am pretty happy with where I am.

I was 148 today. I must have had more calories then I realized even though I thought I was being pretty strict yesterday. I was hoping to be around 146 today.

Weighed again this morning; holding steady at 155, but I did 100 minutes of ARC Trainer late last night. That kind of late exercise often knocks of a pound or more from the next weigh in.

I was 151 today. That’s a 3 pound increase since yesterday. I’ll never get how just one day of bad eating can do that for me. I went to the grocery store and bought some apples and some pre packaged salad kits. So at least I’m eating somewhat healthy. I plan on eating about 1200 calories today.
