I was 147.8 today. I had a small iced coffee and half of a large coke. I left it at work though. So I’m guessing I had around 285 calories so far today.

For a while I was weighing every other day. I will probably go back to that, but I got in the habit of bopping down to the scale early AM almost every day lately. Weigh ins are just data points; the more data I have the better I can understand where I am. Weighing too infrequently it isn't possible to know whether a weight is a spike up or down from recent common readings. You can weigh once a week and have 2 weights appear to tell you exactly the opposite of what is happening. You can catch a low spike one week and a high spike the next and appear to gain a pound when you have lost one.

Exercised this morning, but snacked like a pig today. Likely to go over 155 tomorrow. I need to pay attention to the alarm bell when I do.

I only lost 9 pounds since last month,I was 137kg,which is 302 pounds and I am now at 133kg which is,293 pounds.Better than no weight loss at all,but I hope to do better by next month.I am confident that I can stick to 1300 calories a day or less from now on.I hope to lose 14 pounds more by April 2nd when I next see the nurse and get weighed.

~75 minutes on arc trainer this morning. I didn't log it and still shooting for a low goal so I won't see much of a bump tomorrow. I deserve one; I went off the deep end last night. Mostly small stuff but several. Things like small pieces of chocolate with peanut butter on them, almonds/raisins with a small pieces of chocolate, a Klondike bar (only one of those). That wouldn't be terrible except there were several of the first two. Also a skin on thigh and fries for dinner.

I was 150.4 today. That’s not too bad. I want to stay below 152. I’ve been eating like crazy lately. At least I think I am. Maybe it’s not that outrageous. I’m going to get back on track though.

Lost three pounds since last time I weighed. Thirty pounds total. I'm very pleased. Two more pounds and I hit a goal weight for FitBit. After that I'll set another goal.

156 and change; ridiculously stupid day yesterday. Kind of scary as I got somewhat out of control, but I keep making up for it and my maintenance range is the 150s; it's just my preference to stay at or below 155. My BMI is still below 24 at 156. Planning a long gym session and lighter eating today.

I was 148 today. My sinuses and post nasal drip are acting up today causing me to be nauseated. So I’m not all that hungry today. I plan on sticking to 1200 calories.

Went way off the deep end yesterday; almost a "slow binge". No single large indulgence but so many small ones I lost count. 157 this morning. Most of the 2 pound jump is obviously water.

Another ugly day. Gym in the AM. Weigh on Wednesday. If I do ~90 minutes tomorrow and eat very lightly, I will still be lucky to break even by Wednesday morning.

I had two bad days in a row. Yesterday I was 148. I’m guessing tomorrow I’ll be back at 152. I discovered that caffeine free regular Mountain Dew does exists. I’ve been drinking a lot of it since it doesn’t have caffeine. and I also found these cookies from Walmart I like that are similar to a discontinued brand I liked. All those calories add up. The good thing is I’m basically maintaining my weight. I hover between 147 and 152. So technically I’m keeping my weight off.

~1500 today and an unlogged 100 minutes of cardio that was probably 600 gives me a net of 900 or so. That's way too little to be healthy if I do it every day, but averaged across three days with the prior two it's fine. Might be back around 155 tomorrow morning, but could still be 156 or even 157. I really pigged out the previous days.

I overate today from 3am until 10pm I ate 3000 calories,not good,must get back down to 1300,it doesn't help that it's my birthday soon.

177 pounds. About 2100 calories. Olanzapine was increased, so my appetite went up. I need to get this under control.

I am having family difficulties and all I want to do is eat,I am an emotional eater,I eat for comfort.My mum is going senile and my narc sister is trying to get power of attorney,I support her her in this I don't think she will steal or hurt my mum,she has been her carer tirelessly for 20 years and even though she was abusive to me in the past there having been any issues with her abusing mum for the last eight years.Anyhow there is no choice,mum is losing her memory and is getting confused about where she is etc
I have wanted ice creme ,chips and chocolate,thing is it's my birthday next week so I am going to allow myself one or two treats.
