Kinda weird today (in a good way) because one cheat day usually ends up turning into two, but I really wasn’t very hungry today and I only had about 1,210 calories. I had an iced coffee, mashed cauliflower, a small muffin, and some frozen pizza.

Geeze Chinese food can really stick with you. I went back to my 1200 calories yesterday and I expected to get back to where I was before the chinese food which was 149. But I was 151. Today my calories will equal to around 1,230.

Still at 275. That's a good sign. Maybe I will drop one more pound soon. I want Mexican but it's best not to do that. The sodium will work against me. I'll stick to my vegetables, protein and good carbs.

I know what you mean. I like to splurge every so often and eat at my favorite breakfast place or Mexican place, but then the next day I gain. Then it's a week before I'm back down to where I was. I'm trying not to do that anymore. I want to see if I can lose faster.

I’m back at 149. I haven’t been feeling the greatest. I also may? Be getting into unhealthy habits but that I think is because I haven’t been feeling good physically. I had an iced coffee at 260 calories and a fortune cookie at 30 calories and that’s all I’ve had since 4:30 yesterday afternoon. I was going to have Burger King for dinner so my calories will equal to 1,210. It’s just food has been kinda grossing me out. My therapist had pasta for lunch and my session yesterday was tough because I was trying not to barf the whole time. It’s just stuff like that that is starting to happen.

148 today. Although I don’t really look very good. I definitely want to get down to 125. It isn’t hard at all not eating much of anything with the way I’ve been feeling.

I gave in last night and ordered breakfast from Cracker Barrel. I didn't eat all of it. I have leftovers for today, which I will eat. I just needed a nice treat. I was feeling sad and stressed. It really helped my mood. I didn't step on the scale today. I may wait a couple of days. My mood is really important right now. I need carbs.

I was 148 yesterday. I had 2 mozzarella sticks and half an order of fries from White Castle when I got home. I weighed myself this morning and no joke I was 151.6. To be fair I was on a lot of fluids at the ER last night. So that might have something to do with it.

I had about 760 calories today. 510 of those calories were from food. I still feel very nauseated when I eat. I see my doctor on Wednesday. I’m wondering if it’s some type of food allergy.

I was 150 today. I was ravenous mid morning so I bought some KFC. I ate some of my potato wedges and took two bites out of my famous bowl and then gave up. This is what is happening though. I get really hungry and then when I actually start eating I realize I’m really not hungry. My calculator says I’ve eaten 1,110 calories. Give or take.

It's been a few days since my splurge. And since I stepped on the scale. I was two pounds heavier. I'm afraid to step on the scale now. I've been really hungry these past couple of days. This morning it was peanut butter and crackers. I felt sick after I ate it. Next time I'm going to fix a bowl of oatmeal. That's much better. Been eating vegetables since then.

I was 149.2 today. My stomach was feeling ok yesterday and I had about 1,240 calories. Today I was feeling ok until about half an hour ago. I have logged in 1,210 calories but I have not yet eaten all those calories. So I’m not sure how much I’ll actually eat today. Right now I’m feeling pretty sick to my stomach.

149.6 today. Makes sense since the soup I had yesterday had over 2,130 milligrams of sodium. Today my calories will equal to around 1200.

Had my oatmeal last night. I still feel full. I stepped on the scale and I'm about the same weight. On a good note, I've been doing my yoga consistently. And every day I make sure to get plenty of vegetables. I started reading weight loss affirmations. I think I want to record them so I can listen to them while I'm doing stuff.

I weighed 148.2 this morning. That’s the lowest I’ve been In awhile. My calories today equaled to just under 1300.

148 exactly today. Work was really difficult today so my stomach is upset. Right now I’ve had 1,046 calories. I’m not sure I’ll be eating anything else today.

Since I last posted on this thread I reckon I gained 28 pounds.I had a terrible time with PTSD flashbacks.I got sucked into texting my narc sister about my mum's welfare.She tried to make me get joint LPA for mum.Narc sis is tiring and controlling.She started getting her demon claws into me.Between them her and my mum had me exhausted and in a tailspin and my mental health deteriorated.I turned to food and gained the weight.

I am 5 weeks no contact with my mum and 3 weeks no contact 100% with my sister.They are both out of my life for good.That is the only way for me to heal and get healthy and stay that way.

I am going to start a 1200 to 1300 calories a day diet again tomorrow, Friday 23rd August.I will let you know how I get on!
