Weighed when I was up around midnight and was over 157. I went over badly 3 days in a row, so that was no shock. i was probably around or slightly under 157 this morning at usual weigh in time. Still well within my range but will try to drop 3 or 4 pounds in the nex couple of months.

Started going to the gym again recently. Weight went from about 155.4 down to 152.4. Gym is closed today though due to snow and ice. I took a walk to the pharmacy and back, might do yoga later

I was 148.8 today. Iíve been really stressed lately. Plus I am dealing with severe PMS. So Iíve been eating horribly these past 3 days. I did drink 2 liters of water today and I didnít drink any soda. Iím hoping to get back on track. Or at least maintain at 150 for awhile.

Today was able to walk a fair amount since it stopped raining and walked a total of 45-60 minutes.

Odd one this morning after the recent overages. I rounded up slightly to 155. I expected a couple of pounds higher. That was before going to the gym. I expect a lot of sweets and whatnot around the office today and we have a catered lunch - salad, pasta and desserts. I only had fat free yogurt with applesauce for 170 calories for breakfast and then did 50 minutes of cardio, so unless I go really overboard today should be fine.

have you guys ever tried or found success in just eating less every day? for losing weight on an AP

as opposed to eating like 1200-1500 calories per day?

Without tracking it is hard to be sure. I don't plan my menus every day; I pretty much eat what I want, track it and make decisions about what else I can have and amounts as I go. So, yes, I do just eat less, but I make sure it really is less by setting a target lower than what I have been eating, tracking and staying under it or nearly so.

I went to Burger King and then I ate half of a small ice cream roll cake. I ate a normal dinner. My PMDD is rough and Iíve just been struggling.

I said 158 wouldn't shock me. 155 kind of does. About 4 of the last 6 days I went *way* over and my weight has remained pretty steady. Daily goal is a deficit right now, but it seems like I would have bounced up a little. I'll take it, but it's odd.
