I felt like complete crap today so I had no trouble sticking to my 1,240 calories. I think I’m just maintaining right around 154-156 these days.

I have a hard time losing weight because I am taking Invega, which has made me gain lots of weight even when I do not overeat. But I am doing a better job of sticking to my workout plan; I've worked out two days in a row and plan to do so again today. I still need to watch my diet more.

I have been completely ravenous this week. T said it’s because of my sleep disorder. I feel like I have a hangover most days and all I want is greasy carby food. I feel like I have a tapeworm or something. The weird thing is I’ve been 156 for about 2 weeks. So I’m not gaining despite the massive amounts I’ve been eating. I’m not exercising much at all. I have no idea what’s going on. It’s odd.

I have been between 274 and 276 for almost 2 weeks now. Now sure why I've plateaued. I don't think I've been eating as well. I have been getting my steps in though. I've been wanting to order some take out for comfort but haven't done it. I know it will just be terrible on the scale. I want to hit 270 soon.

155 on Saturday and 159 today. Seriously? I’ve gained back basically everything since June. I’m sure I can lose most of it if I just watched it for 8 days. I’m almost wondering if I’m getting my period since I have the severe emotional issues along with the physical issues. Wouldn’t be the first time.

I was 157.8 today. I am super bloated but the soup I had was reduced sodium and had about 750 milligrams for the whole can. Besides that I haven’t had a terrible amount of sodium. My calories will equal to about 1,260.

I'm 272 today. That makes 50 pounds lost in just over a year. I'm so excited. I feel really good. 270 isn't that far away. For some reason I'm still having problems with my back. But walking is getting easier. I think today or tomorrow I will celebrate by making my own Mexican burrito.

I weigh 158 and I don’t know what to do. My mom and my Pdoc and my therapist are telling me my sleep issues are causing me to put on weight and that severe tiredness causes you to not pay attention to what your eating and causes you to gain weight and crave carbs. Blah blah blah. I know I’m gaining weight because of my uncontrolled sleep disorder. I wish I could just snap out of that though. It’s up to me and I need to stop making excuses. But everyone is telling me I’m not making excuses and that I have something legit going on. I don’t want to gain weight though and I’m the only one who can prevent it.

I only had one meal today but it was pretty hefty in calories. My T says she gets only being able to stick to a diet for 2 weeks and then giving up. She also gets losing and gaining the same 10 pounds. She suggests I see a nutritionist. I’m not sure where to find one. I’m really happy with the sizes I am in clothes but I want to lose 30 pounds.

I treated myself to Cracker Barrel this weekend. I took three days to eat my two meals. The food is always so much I can never eat it all at one time. I went up a little in weight. I think it's just water weight. I want to be able to treat myself without worry. I'll just stay positive.

Now I weigh 161 at night so most likely 158-159. This is why people die from stomach bugs and flus. Mainly dehydration I think.

Last time I stepped on the scale, I weighed more than I thought I would. I'm afraid to get back on the scale. I've been really hungry these past few days. I'm so tired of this. I just want to let it go. I'm doing the best I can. I hope soon I will see better results.

I fell off the wagon for months, I gained 28 pounds, ate sugary stuff chocolate etc. My mum was ill and I was focused on her needs and neglected myself.
I wasn't able to make food for myself and was eating at the pub a lot which wasn't healthy. I came down with a chest infection and common cold and virus throat infection so hence I was motivated to try get healthy. I am eating healthy foods now and trying to get my blood sugars down.

So I want to lose weight too so now am watching what I eat so that it's healthy, sugar free and low in calories. I will keep you all informed how I get on this time.
Exercise today was cutting the grass in my back garden.

I haven't stepped on the scale in a while. I've been craving carbs. It's not good for my diabetes or weight. I want to buy biscuits today but I'm just not sure. I figure every once in a while should be Okay. I don't want to worry about weight control anymore. I just want to eat what I want. I think I will just relax about it. I'm tired of pressuring myself and being miserable.

I was 163.4 when I weighed myself on Monday. Monday and Tuesday were terrible for my diet. Yesterday and Tuesday I was severely sleep deprived. Yesterday I slept all day and barely ate anything and when I weighed myself this morning I was 159 exactly. Weird. I know I’ve been feeling sick though. Today I haven’t been very hungry.

I was 158 today. I ate more then yesterday but had less calories. I just barely made it 1200 today.

I purchased a bunch of comfort food after having a very bad day. I've been eating it non-stop. I feel sick to my stomach. I just don't care anymore. But I will try to have some vegetables in the morning.

Now I’m gaining weight despite the fact I’ve been watching what I’m eating 3 days in a row. Yesterday I was 158. I weighed myself last night and I was 162 so I figured I would be 159 this morning and I was right. Today I had 1,190 calories and I just weighed myself at 5 in the afternoon and I was 163. So I’m more like 160-161. But I’ve been counting exactly and it’s right around 1200 a day. I don’t get it.
