156.2 today. I did a lot of back and forth walking at work this morning. Today my calories will equal to around 1,230.

I am losing weight slowly, I stopped eating cakes and chocolate and I am eating healthier meals. I will keep updating on progress.

Last night I ate a bagel and cream cheese cause I was stressed. Not because I was hungry. But the whole day wasn't that bad so it should be fine. I want to try to drink soups when I feel stressed. I have mostly liquid soups like tomato basil, red peppers and tomato, beefy mushroom, cream of chicken (powder) and both beef and chicken broth. It fills my stomach up and soothes me. That's mainly what I want.

I haven’t had a chance to weigh myself since yesterday morning. Today I’ve had 960 calories but I think it was more. I’m not sure what else I’ll eat today if anything. We ate lunch pretty late.

I ordered comfort food again today. I think I've been ordering a lot because overall I don't feel well emotionally. I try to order as healthy as I can. The other bad thing is when I don't order, I don't cook anything. I eat sandwiches, steamed vegetables, yogurt, cereal and frozen meals. I think I am tired of my dull day to day diet.

I did weigh myself when I got home. It was about 5 in the afternoon. The last time I weighed myself I was 156 in the morning. This afternoon I weighed 157 exactly. So I’m probably more like 154. People are going to start to notice and think I’m sick or something. I’ve been losing really fast. I don’t really want to bring it up to my therapist the things I’m dealing with and feeling.

155 today. I still can’t eat much of anything but I was going to go buy some ritz peanut butter and crackers and other similar stuff so I can at least force down something small.

The back of the coke bottle said 46 K cal besides that everything was in Japanese. I put it at 200 since I think that’s what a normal 16oz Coke is. But who cares. It could have been partially diet for all I know. So I either ate 1,210 calories, or 1,056 today.

I had a GP appointment today. When they weighed me, I looked the other way. I was afraid that I didn't lose anything in 3 months. I didn't even ask about it and they said nothing. The doctor suggested a weight loss pill when I mentioned I was struggling. But the side affects worry me. Suicidal thoughts could be a problem. So I prefer not to try it.

Still 155 today. So far I’ve had 906 calories. Dinner is going to be a piece of chicken at 110 calories or fish at 130 calories. That leaves me with around 164. I’ll probably just scavenge around for snacks to make it to my 1200 calorie goal.

I stepped on the scale this morning. I'm at 276. Just 4 pounds over where I was before I started ordering food. So not too bad. Will try to stick to my regular meals now.

Not really sure why... I must be bored with my meals. Yesterday and today I ordered food and an Iced Mocha. I guess I'm just tired of depriving myself. Maybe I can start making my own iced coffee. I could also make an effort to prepare better meals.

My antibiotics must be making me bloated or constipated because I barely ate anything yesterday and I was 157.6 today.

Found out today that my occasional splurges have been fine. My blood sugar labs came back positive. My A1C was 6.0. I ate all home prepared meals today. I feel better. I won't step on the scale for a little while though. Maybe in a week. I plan to eat well.

Down another half pound, shouldn't be too long till I break through under 160. This is the lightest I've weighed in almost a year. My goal weight is 140 lbs which is good for my height

Me too, I have quit my sugar addiction and takeaways. From now on home prepared healthy meals designed to lose my excess weight and no added sugars and no pub dinners. Back in control . I like that someone else is doing it the healthy way. I don't think it's wise to count the calories to lose weight and still eat pizza and take aways and processed muck. People on this thread don't seem to be concerned about eating healthy just keeping their weight down. We need to use food as medicine and to prevent ill health.

I agree... what we eat is so important for good health. I lost a lot of weight by eating healthy. I kept good food as my goal. Lately I haven't been doing as well. I am trying to do better now. I think I was mainly eating to cope with stress. I know that's not good. I wish you great success with your new meal plans.

I eat very healthy. I'm trying to get my weight down though because I want to be in a healthy range for my height. It is a weight loss and exercise thread, doesn't have to be only posts about healthy eating. I don't post what I eat in here but I like to check in with my progress on getting to a healthy weight.
