I was 151 today. I actually did strength training today. I did 20 reps or whatever they are called with my 10 pound weights. I did 10 pull ups, 15 squats, and 5 minutes on my lounge chair. It’s a start but I will be doing more. I plan on doing strength training twice a week and cardio 3 times a week. I really want to focus on actually getting into shape. I feel like I look kind of flabby.

155 and change, rounded up to 156. I feel bad about whining because I am having trouble getting down closer to 150, when my BMI is under 24 even at this weight.

Marlyn, I am sorry things are so stressful right now.

I was 149 today. I’m guessing tomorrow I’ll be at 150. I had about 520 calories for breakfast and then a lot of Chinese food and 3 cookies and a coke. I’m not sure on the calories. But I’m guessing around 2000 calories. Which is around what I should be eating to maintain my current weight.

Not doing too bad,keeping under 2000 calories a day which is ine while its my birthday month,after birthday celebrations are over I will try and drop my calories down to 1300 a day again.

I went nuts at a Pi Day celebration at work yesterday and instead of dropping back toward 155, I was 158 this morning. Then I was stupid today with some leftover pie and donuts. Still in my range but up at the top. Time to really kick it in; no more excuses. Just a few days ago I was over 5 pounds lower. I know a lot of the current weight is water and if I do my standard long workout Saturday without overeating, Sunday will nt be horrible, but I really need to keep going. I am displaying some scary behavior.

I was 149.6 this morning. I went out to lunch and had a few regular cokes. So I’ll probably be at 150 or 151 tomorrow.

With yesterday's additional stupidity, I have taken it to the limit - 159! 160 is my scream weight - my maintenance range is the 150s. I know a lot is water and if I go crazy light today and hit the gym, I will be ~157 tomorrow. I do feel a bit more panic and believe more strongly in reversing the trend. One of the excuses that fueled my stupidity is that I am still in my maintenance range and I am allowed to run it up into the upper half every now and then. I do not have that excuse now; another bad day could make 160+ show. I have a 10 pound range because I don't even allow spikes to get out of range.

I am eating what I want within reason until my birthday is over next Saturday,but not eating enough to gain too much weight I hope.

Crazy, crazy swings. Yesterday I only ate about 900 calories and did 90 minutes of cardio without logging it. I was committed to making sure the 159 I saw on the scale yesterday morning didn't rollover to 160. It didn't. I was 155 this morning. I knew the rise over the last few days was too quick to be be a true body mass gain. Mostly water. Not long ago, after a light day of eating with a lot of cardio done late I was 152, so there has been a recent gain from over eating.

EDIT:
I didn't have sweets at all yesterday and haven't today and so far looking like I will stick to low (but not aiming ultra low) calories. Sweets seem to be my kryptonite lately. I can't seem to stop at just one or two. I used to have more control. I need to get it back. Trying to avoid them won't work long term.

I was 149 on Friday. Yesterday I was 151. Today I was 153. Although yesterday I didn’t think I did that bad. Defiantly not bad enough to gain 2 pounds. I really need to get back on track though. That’s an 8 pound gain since the start of February. I bought some some Slim Fast, some Pure Protein, and some Muscle Milk shakes from the grocery store. I’m also going to stop my topamax for a couple weeks and then start it again. I think I might have become immune to it and it’s not working as well as it used to. I’m hoping stoping and starting it will work.

The first thing my mom said to me when I came downstairs this morning was “you look so skinny.” She hasn’t said that to me all year.

Go figure.

Naughty me,I ate toffee popcorn,as well as packing in the calories they are sugar laden so that means weight gain and high sugar,my sugar is 24.9mmol/L,or 448,that is so very bad.Gotta get back on track tomorrow.

I browsed back a couple of pages and it was Feb 22 when I got a weight of 152, 2 days after a spike to 157. This time it was one day dropping from 159 to 155. This is why I am a fan of frequent weighing and not getting too freaked out by extremes. Yesterday I was 7 pounds heavier than I was on Feb 22. Today I am 2 pounds lighter than I was on Feb 20. From looking at the ranges and the more common readings I got in between, I think I have gained ~2 pounds.

I think I figured out why the scale bounced so high today. I had corn beef and cabbage last night for dinner. I vaguely recall a decent size spike in the scale last year after my yearly corned beef dinner. My mom said her weight went up too.

Today I had about 1200 calories. I had a Pure Protein shake. Are those meant for weight loss? because it just made me really hungry. I had a slim fast later which was better for my hunger. I agree with the weighing frequently. I think I’ve put on about 3 or 4 pounds of actual weight.

I don’t have access to the scale until Wednesday morning. So far my hunger hasn’t been bad at all without the topamax. I didn’t get the ravenous I need fast food type of hunger I usually get after I work early. I’m hoping to finally make it to 135 pounds.

I gained a little this last week. I haven't been eating as well. Less vegetables and more sodium. I've just been tired and opening cans of soup. I see my GP next week. I want to try to do better starting today. I plan to make a nice salad.

I feel like I look like I weigh 160 pounds. But the jeans I’ve had for over a year and my hoodie are really big on me. So I can’t have gained much of anything. I’ll be able to weigh myself tomorrow. Today I had around 1200 calories.

I was 149.8 today. So the 153 on Sunday was probably right. I gain like crazy so I have to keep track of it carefully. A doctor even told me one time I can gain alot in a short amount of time but then I can lose it very fast.
