I was 157 today. 153 on Wednesday. I seem to be fluctuating somewhere between those numbers.

Weighed in at 326.1 lbs today. Want to get back down to 320. Will try cutting back on chips.

The scale went up a little this morning but overall it's going down. Each time it doesn't go up as much as it used to. I'm sure it's water weight. After I take my water pill the weight is usually gone. I feel very happy. And I trust that my body knows what it is doing. I'm so relaxed throughout this entire process. It was just my mindset that I adjusted.

Well this is a surprise. I just weighed myself at night without clothes and I was 160. So I’m most likely still 157. I was on vacation at the mall of America and I ate a lot. But I also did a ton of walking. So I probably burned most of it off. I was expecting 165 or something.

I broke my long string of 150s the last couple of weigh ins, so it's time to get serious. BMI has stayed under 25, but gotten closer than I like. Going back to full tracking and holding the line until I get under 155 again. After losing all the weight to get down here, it scares me when I allow myself to go out of my set range (150s). Getting complacent will lead to getting big again.

Yeah, I was 157.8 today. I was really expecting 160. As I said, I know I walked a lot. I also was incredibly stressed and anxious my entire trip. I wonder if I somehow burned a lot of calories through stress. Today I’m back to my 1200 calories and I’ve had around 660 so far.

I was 156.8 today. I think I would have been less if it weren’t for all the sodium I had yesterday. For breakfast around 7:30 I had a Mountain Dew and then around 8:30 I had a little cup of Mac and cheese. That was 390 calories total. I got a Mountain Dew from KFC which I put around 220. I’m not sure exactly since it’s a new flavor. For lunch I had a thing of ramen which had 290 calories. I dumped out the broth though. Now I’m eating a hormel chicken and dumplings meal. Which had 190. Dinner will be a 3oz chicken breast at 110. So total it should be around 1200 calories for the day. I also went to a neighborhood garage sale so I walked a ton. I just am not sure on the sodium again today.

155 today. I’m proof you can lose weight on Mac and cheese and ramen and Mountain Dew. I was reading it may be a sensory issue why I don’t like healthy foods. Anyways today I had a soda at 300 calories and a slice of pizza that had 570 calories. I didn’t eat the crust though. So that probably saved me about 100 calories. I was just gonna have a couple Mac and cheese cups at 220 calories for dinner.

Hey everybody,I am celebrating today,I did it,I know it's early days yet but I stuck to three days now eating under 1200 calories a day and I am eating healthy protein and salad or vegetables and low low carbs.I know it's only three days but this time I see it as a lifestyle change and the way I look at it I am eating healthy to lose weight,get healthy and feel good.If I do this and stay on it long term I should solve all my chronic ill health and if I lose the weight I will be able to move around better and have more energy.I am feeling pleased with myself.

I have gained some weight. I weigh around 175 or a bit more on last weigh-in. I still fit into my new wardrobe, but I really cannot gain any more weight. It is getting hot here, so I will have to get in the routine of running, but in the early morning. I will make my official weigh-in tomorrow morning. I have been eating allot of in-n-out hamburgers lately. Their chocolate shakes are great too, unfortunately. I am trying to shake off this depression. That is where the shakes have been helping...perhaps a little.

BTW Everything looks different here.

Today I finally did a small hand weight routine from YouTube. I’m great about walking 30 minutes or more per day and need to make strength training and core exercises a goal to do every other day, not once per week like lately.

@Tucson - good to see you back. If the clothes still fit, you haven't gotten too far off track. I finally did cross the top of my range (160) but just barely and have kept my BMI under 25. That's the totally unacceptable line in the sand, but I need to stand firm on staying below 160 and not get any closer. Gym this morning; didn't weigh but I know I am right around 160.

154 exactly today. I’m having a loss of appetite after going up on one of my meds. So I haven’t eaten much today. I even turned down carryout and fast food. Which is not like me at all.

Lately, I have been staying up all night. Yet I am not accomplishing anything. I think I must be elevated. This will come in handy when I start running again. My weight is 180 pounds! I hope tomorrow will find me at a different weight. Definitely going to run today.

I was 153.2 yesterday. Today I’ve had 1200 calories according to my calculator.

I was 154.8 today. I don’t really get it. I thought I calculated exactly 1200 yesterday. That’s an almost 2 pound gain from the other day. My mom says it could be the humidity. I look big though.

I weigh 178 pounds. Not too bad since I have not been paying attention to my weight for many weeks. It is time to get back down to maybe about 172. So this is not too bad. It looks like I will be able to keep my wardrobe. I am thinking that my weight will go up and down normally. I try to moderate my intake of calorie expensive food. I also watch how many meals I eat. I like to have one large meal, and the rest small. Then there are those snacks that I try to moderate. The only missing part of this is exercise, If I had been exercising, my weight may have not increased, where my clothes have started to become snug on me.
