Got a new scale. This one hooks up to FitBit. It was simple to set up. I love seeing the number update in my FitBit app. So now it's going to be easier to track. And there's so much more I can do with this scale. Will have to play around with it.

Started yoga classes again.First one today since last October.It was a challenge emotionally.I felt like a vulnerable scared child.I did stay the whole session though and I am going to go every week.I have to stop letting my fears make me drop classes cos I feel threatened.I want to do this because I feel so good physically.My body is light and relaxed after a session.It should help with weight loss too!

I got a bunch of Quest bars and Quest cookies and also a Quest pizza. The pizza was pretty gross. So far I’ve had 885 calories today. My calories will add up to 1,225 calories total and everything I’ve eaten will add up to 62.4 carbs.

My goal is to lose a pound a week but this month I will be lucky if I lose a pound. I'm glad I'm not gaining but need to refocus.

Had a turkey burger from Red Robbins for lunch. It was so filling I didn't eat anything else for the rest of the day. I like ordering food but the portions are so huge. Maybe next time I'll make my own burger.

I know what you mean about portions being so big.

I had a couple pieces of cheese and a Quest bar and an iced tea at work today. That equaled to 340 calories. Then I went to Outback for lunch where I had a side Cesar salad at 280 calories and a 6oz sirloin and grilled shrimp at 370 calories. I ate like a couple bites out of everything before getting full. So I have lunch and dinner and I’m only going to be at like 970 calories for the entire day. Yeah with that I also might as well just eat at home.

My calories will equal to around 1200 today and around 51 carbs. I haven’t weighed myself since last Monday but I’m looking awfully slim and my stomach is flat and my clothes are much looser then they were before so I wouldn’t be surprised if I was below 150.

I was 150.6 today. So 10 pounds in 2 weeks. My therapist doesn’t really get me wanting to get down to 125 pounds. She’s all like “what’s the difference between 150 and 125? And she’s all concerned about my self worth and stuff like that. It’s like dude. It has nothing to do with any of that. I legit just want to get down to that weight. She says it’s her job as a therapist to make sure there’s no eating disorder or disordered thinking going on. Yet last week she didn’t say anything about 125 and was offering to let me borrow her diet book. I had to tell her that no, I’m just very particular about my weight. Yet these mental health professionals could care less when you gain massively in 2 weeks from psych meds. I truly don’t get it.

I have a similar problem but in my case I'm recovering from an eating disorder so it kind of makes sense for me but maybe you could talk to them about how you feel about it? It seems weird that they'd be concerned about weight loss then offer to lend you a diet book, like mixed signals. Anyway I understand how you feel, I'm around the same weight as you and want to get down to a similar weight as your goal and my doctor gets concerned when I lose weight even if I am at a healthy weight for my height and not trying to go to extremes or anything

Lost some more weight. I feel hopeful. My orthopedic doctor thinks I need to lose weight faster. He's pushing weight loss surgery. I don't like that idea. I think I'm doing fine as I am. I admit, if I could walk, I would do better. He did recommend PT. So I'll see what that does.

The scale went up today. I think because I was so upset yesterday. I feel better today. Will try to get back on track with my thoughts and beliefs. I feel those affect weight loss.

My calories today will equal to 1,220 and my carbs will equal to about 27. All this cheese, eggs, bacon and protein shakes/bars make me wanna barf though.

I ended up only eating about 870 calories yesterday but that was because I wasn’t feeling good physically. Today my calories will equal to around 1200. I’m kind of high on the carbs at 68 but I’ll be fine. I bought normal flavors of protein shakes (chocolate, vanilla) instead of strawberries and bananas. So hopefully I won’t feel as sick.

Lost the weight I had gained. I guess it was just water weight. Going to focus on eating healthy and trying to exercise. Hope everyone is doing well with their goals.
