I'm afraid to step on the scale. I splurged on french fries yesterday. But I didn't really over eat. I ordered a chicken fried steak and only ate half of it. Yesterday was very stressful so I wanted comfort food. I know using food to feel better is not really healthy. I hope to do better today. I usually just eat when I'm hungry. So that is one thing in my favor. I might try to walk a little bit today to get some exercise. Or I might try my chair yoga again. I haven't done that in a while.

I know I have started a diet and failed to lose weight many times. I have stuck to the 1300 calorie diet for three days now. I know I will carry on
with it this time cos I am determined to beat my addiction to sugar and junk foods. I want it to be a complete change of life style, where I stop all sugar
and eat healthy, plenty of vegetables and fruit. So I have done that for 3 days and if I carry on every day I will lose a lot of weight.

I am the heaviest I have ever been because when my mum got taken into hospital this July the stress made me binge on cakes and chocolate and junk food from the pub.
So I weigh 142kg which is 313 pounds or 22 stones 5 pounds. A massive size. I am at the stage where I feel uncomfortable, struggle to walk and I feel hideously unattractive.
So I have started this diet at the right time for me. I am visiting the diabetic nurse once a month for weighing so I will update here what my weight is.

I can’t tell if I’m dealing with PMS or what. But I was doing fine and I was 157 on Saturday maybe. Fizzy water makes me really hungry though. Like ravenous. I weighed myself today and I was 161. Today I’ve had 1,280 calories. I’m all over the place lately.

I started WW this week. Since I've gained some weight, I thought I would try a program to help me lose the weight. I don't plan to order any food until Thanksgiving. And then I'll order something healthy.

I was 157.2 today. I haven’t been very hungry these past 3 days. I haven’t been feeling the greatest.

I broke the diet today I ate trifle not a lot but I shouldn't have done it. I will be right back on it tomorrow. I don't have any more forbidden foods in the house so I will get back on track. I am bound to find it difficult at times hopefully in future I will successfully navigate and say no. Its coming up to a difficult time of year Christmas. I am going to not buy the usual alcohol and chocolate for myself. It will be sugar free desserts and non alcoholic drinks.

I like WW but I'm not really motivated to track my food. I do it whenever I think about it. Not sure that I'm getting any benefit out of the app. I don't cook, so recipes are not good. I don't have anything to share with the community. I have no questions for a coach. Maybe I should just cancel my subscription.

I lost 4 pounds since I last stepped on the scale. I must be doing something right. I'm at 276. Just 4 more pounds to get back down to where I was a few weeks ago. And then I want to drop 2 more to get to 270. That's a goal of mine. After 270 I'll set another goal. I am really dedicated now.

I'm doing fairly well with my eating. I'm not going hungry and I focus on eating more vegetables. I feel like I have good energy. Maybe the WW app is helping since I do try to stay within my points.

Staying on track still.....I know I have lost weight cos my stomach is smaller.
I haven't been weighed yet , if I get a chance tomorrow I will weigh myself on the
industrial scales at the pharmacy.

I'm tired of worrying about my weight. I did much better when I wasn't focused on diet. The weight just came off. Now I don't know what my problem is. I'm very sad and frustrated cause I gained the 4 pounds back. Not even sure how!

159.2 today. I think I would have been less if I had taken a shower this morning. So far I’ve had around 1,180 calories. I’m not sure on the iced latte I had this morning though. I dumped the rest of it out which was about half of it because the calories had me freaking.

I'm working on eating better. One good thing is I started a walking routine. All I can do at the moment is walk to the end of my block and back. At least that is something.
