Well today I received an e-mail from ww about how I could get 3 months free, if I join for 9 months. So I signed up, they are reducing the rate for 9 months, to cover the free 3 months. But that's more affordable for me and that plan has really been working for me, until I stressed myself out about paying for it.

My brother is doing Keto and is down 47 lbs. That may work for him but this works for me, as long as I work it. Thankfully according to my last weigh in in June I'm only up 1 lb! Yeah me! Was down 35 lbs. Been stalling.

Just stated exercise, now to get my eating plan back on track! Today I must admit I'm off but it's the weekend those are always bad. Happy to be part of that plan again. Feel like there's hope for me to get to a normal size.

Weight Watchers worked well for me while I stuck to it. It's when I stopped tracking my food that I gained the weight back.

I am going back to a medical program I used to go to. I have found I can't lose weight unless I have to face the scale WITH ANOTHER PERSON.

Weight watchers didn't work for me because i can blow them off. My goal is to lose 35 lbs and then STOP for a while and try to maintain.

Good luck Emily. I also meet with a diet coach but my psychiatrist won't allow me to use any weight loss meds, so I really have to diet on my own or opt for weight loss surgery. I'm trying on my own, I'm pretty happy 30 lbs down, but been gaining lately. Old habits creep back in. I need to get back to basics. I want to get below 200 lbs. I'm 50 away now just had a gain. I went off the rails eating when I incorporated exercise. Diet coach has reined me back in. Trying to really work the ww plan now. Really need to grocery shop, but I don't get paid until tomorrow so I have to make due with what I have and it's not a lot of veggies. Really want a salad with dinner but even my dressing is bad for me.
