I lost 8 pounds since my surgery. I’m not sure how much was as a result of the surgery itself and how much was from recovery and not being hungry and how much was from not taking the visteril. Still 8 pounds is pretty good. I’m also scared to drink coffee because of my high heart rate scare in the hospital so I haven’t been drinking a large iced coffee everyday like I had been or a large Mountain Dew either.

760 calories so far today. 240 from a soda. 360 from a grilled cheese sandwich. 120 from deli turkey. And 40 calories from 2 chocolate potato chips. I’m super tired and in bed right now. So I don’t know when or if I’ll get up. Still not sure exactly what’s going. If it’s physical, a med reaction, changes in food habit, or a possible emotional issue going on regarding food. or could be a combination of all them. I think I’m at about a 10 pound weight loss.

I would think you would still be recuperating from surgery. A small kitchen accident will take a week to heal on me. Of course im old and diabetic, but still!

Yup at a 10 pound weight loss. About 1,170 calories today. I’m doing something that I think my therapist would not be happy about but whatever. I’d like to lose 36 more.

I gained but stayed stable,stopped gaining.I must now work out a daily diet where I lose weight consistently.I hope so!Wish me luck!

I had a couple cups of cranberry juice this morning. Then a Dr. Pepper. I got a bowl from chipotles which had 855 calories. I ate 2/3 of it. I’ll probably just save the rest for tomorrow. So right now I’m at about 930 calories. I haven’t eaten much at all in over 24 hours. But I’ve had a ton of water.

Friday, October 16th , 2020

When fall and winter arrive I get a bit nervous about my depression returning. I’ve been doing really well the last two years. I have not been on any depression medication or any antipsychotic since the fall of 2018. I created my own coping tool box which I also have to stay up on my autoimmune diseases and rare diseases. I have Hashimoto/Thyroidism/Graves Disease which definitely does impact your mood and emotions.

I had a great conversation with my teenager today. My teenager also has Hashimoto and other autoimmune diseases and rare diseases as well. We both acknowledged that changing our foods, eating certain foods in moderation and regularly being active has made a big difference in our moods. Our mood is not such a roller coaster.

The last few days I can feel how my body is starting to become symptomatic. Weather changes are a big challenge for me. My fibromyalgia pain and fatigue is not shy. Yesterday and today the nausea has been terrible. I drink a lot of caffeine free loose herbal teas. I’ve been very diligent about taking my vitamins and supplements. We recently moved and today a contractor installed grab bars in my restroom.

I walk our dog frequently. Being out in nature helps keep my depression away. My legs have been in a lot of pain so I don’t walk too long. I really miss going hiking and look forward to resuming. I sometimes get overwhelmed juggling multiple chronic illnesses and having to stay on healthcare specialists to provide continuity of care.

I had a couple Kinder Card bars (European wafer cookie things with cocoa cream on the inside) at midnight. Then I got a couple hot dogs from Sonic at 8:30. I ate one. I didn’t eat the other because they tasted old. I had a 16oz can of Coke. Then I tried eating some turkey lunch meat. I just grazed at it maybe eating 4 slices and when I came back to it 2 of the cats had gotten into it and had devoured the entire package. Then I tried eating a couple mini stuffed bagel bites from Dunkin Donuts. I ate one of them. I got a blueberry iced tea which I think had sugar in it even though I ordered it unsweetened. Dinner is going to be a square slice of cheese pizza

I have down 1,162 calories but I’m probably off.

Oh dear I am gaining and eating foods likely to make me gain,help,I don't know how to stop it,I crave fattening foods!

I've gained some weight recently. I'm trying to eat better. In the middle of the night, I usually snack. I bought some snack packs to have when I'm raiding the kitchen. Less harmful that way. They come with cheese, nuts and apples. It's satisfying and low calorie.

I only had protein to eat today. Deli chicken, nuts, and some sirloin steak. I had an iced latte and some cranberry juice to drink. No soda besides some very small sips of Pepsi at 1AM. I had less then 1200 calories today.

Today I had not even a cup of popcorn for breakfast. Then I had a 100 calorie package of nuts. I got a trenta pumpkin cream cold brew from Starbucks. I had 7 tempura shrimp for lunch. Then dinner was another 100 calorie pack of nuts. About 1 thousand calories today.

I ordered muffins yesterday but the store sent me donuts. I was very disappointed. I ate some of the donuts. It made me sick. I threw the rest away. I've been careful about what I eat since then. I did a lot of chores around the house. So I feel like I got my exercise in.

I lost another 2 pounds. So that’s 12 pounds total since the 5th of October. So far today I’ve had a Chobani flip peach Greek yogurt, a medium iced pumpkin spice latte, a 100 calorie pack of nuts, a package of peanut butter and apples, and a can of Campbell’s chicken noodle soup. Dinner is going to be a can of Starkist tuna. 950 calories total for the day.

I saw my GP today about weight loss. She's going to change one of my diabetic meds to one that promotes weight loss. So I'm looking forward to that. I've had semi-healthy meals today. I've not done anything for exercise though.

I had a bottle of Starbucks cold brew coffee, a cup of international delight iced coffee, a coke, a can of tuna, and a 100 calorie pack of nuts. 700 calories. I’m so depressed I can’t eat.

I had peanut butter and crackers, a medium iced coffee, a caffeine free Coke, a 100 calorie package of nuts, and a can of tuna. 830 calories so far. Not sure what else I’ll be eating. My stomach is hurting. My shirts are getting big and there’s not much room to go down a size. I don’t want to shop in the boys department. Pants can get big I can go down a couple sizes that’s not an issue.

I don't think I did well with my eating today. And I didn't want to fill out the food log on my app. I just feel sick today. Tomorrow is a new day.

Dewed, you need a can of chicken noodle soup! Progresso has so many good choices.

Also, i buy Bachelor brand cup of soups on amazon. They are from England, i dont know if they are better than american cup o soups, but they do have more interesting flavors. They are about 100 calories, and like the cream of mushroom is very tasty and has teeny tiny croutons in it, like an eighth of an inch big, so cuuuute! They hit the spot at night sometimes.
