I splurged on pancakes and biscuits today. I was stressed. But I've been really good for a month now. One day should be fine. My pancake was healthy. I ate it with strawberries and bananas.

I had a Mountain Dew half an hour ago, but that was my first soda in almost 2 weeks, and will be my last one for awhile. I also had a Halo mandarin too.

I plan on having a couple oranges, 5 eggs, and a salad Kit today. 1,221 calories including the stuff I already ate.

136 again today. i did arm and abs today. will go for a 3 mile walk. had a pack of powdered mashed potatos, really not great for weigh loss. and later i'll have a mango. that will be about 700 cals. maybe i'll have some broccoli too.

I feel bloated. I ate fairly healthy yesterday. But I did have a peanut butter and sugar free jam tortilla wrap this morning. I was stress eating. I have scrambled eggs for later. I need to get back to my PT exercises.

Iíve been drinking a lot today. So I havenít been too hungry. So far Iíve had a strawberry Coke, a couple Halo oranges, and a pretzel roll. 544 calories so far. I took a quick brisk walk.

Yesterday I ate poorly... too many fried foods. I tried to justify it by saying it was sweet potato fries and cauliflower bites. But really it made me feel sluggish. I will do better today. And I plan to check out a new park today. I might walk a little bit.

I ate basically an entire pint of ice cream at 4:30 this morning. Yeah, weird I know. I had eaten some the other week so I think I ate about 580 calories worth this morning. That leaves me 620 calories left for the day. Which is doable. 310 for lunch and 310 for dinner.

i weighed 134 tonight. that is 1/2 a pound less that what i woke up weighing. so hopefully tomorrow morning i'll weigh 133. idk how that happened, since yesterday i think i ate close to 2000 calories and i haven't moved much in a few days.

today i had a huge chicken breast (est 500) ketchup (40), with my flatbread & dal (est 350). i don't know how to cook chicken breast. i never know when it's done. it had turned white on the inside but the texture seemed like it was raw so i recooked it... the chicken grossed me out for the day. i was so full on that.

tomorrow i'm going to either run or do strength training. i will eat rice and beans (300), broccoli (30), ketchup (40), a mango (200), and a bowl of cereal (200). if i'm hungry i'll have another bowl of cereal.

I had a salad yesterday and a couple of Atkins meals. So I did fairly well. I haven't been exercising. It's just been too hard. I feel bad about it. Oh well. I'm doing the best I can.
