I’m down another pound. I was 187 at Thanksgiving and now I’m 175. I want to get to 140. I couldn’t eat last night after midnight. But I had dinner at 4PM and then fell asleep. I woke up at 12:15 really thirsty for water and I wanted an Oreo. But I couldn’t have anything so I had to just deal with it. Then I had my ultrasound and before I was incredibly hungry and after I was not hungry. I did get some chili cheese fries from Sonic but I didn’t finish them. So far I’ve had 570 calories which was just from the fries. I have 1,237 calories logged in since I plan my meals before I eat them. But not sure how much of that I’ll eat.

I reckon I have gained a stone about 14 pounds,I am afraid to weigh myself,I just feel so heavy but am unlikely to start counting calories until after christmas holidays.!It is really upsetting though!

I haven't lost weight yet according to the scale. But my knees feel better. So to me, that's a sign that something is working. It's only been a week since I changed my way of eating. I think I will try to drink more water. Perhaps that will help.

I just had a couple Oreos for dinner last night. Then at midnight I had a TV dinner. I went to Krispie Kreme to get some Christmas donuts. I had logged one into my app. But I also got a coffee too and after I drank the coffee I realized my stomach couldn’t handle a donut. But I had an Atkins shake at noon. I have no idea what I want will or am able to eat for the rest of the day.

I had to get off metformin because it was making my blood sugar drop too low. My psych is gonna discuss alternative options for appetite suppressants with me at our next appointment

I ate two medium size pork pies today and five clementines and four jam dougnuts,for breakfast I had bran flakes with soya milk,then later at the coffee shop I bought and consummed,a turkey,stuffing and cranbury toastie,tea,frappe and a bakewell slice,then I had the pork pies donuts and fruit,then I had a cheese n tomato sandwich and two mince pies,stuffed my face with all that and never had a proper cooked meal with healthy vegetables.No wonder I only slept 4 hours and woke up feeling sick with bile coming up my throat fom my stomach......it's not healthy is it?My blood sugars went sky high after all that 468mg, crazy reading.!!!!HHHHEEEELLLLPPPP!EATING OUT OF CONTROL!

I still have regular cheese in the house. I need to throw it out. I had 2 slices tonight. I was craving cheese. I just need to stick with my vegan cheese.

Breakfast was an ensure shake, lunch will be a spinach salad w/ carrots, dinner will be a tuna sandwich. If I need a snack it will be an apple, if not then I won't have one. I weigh 143 lbs, I'll check my weight again in 2 weeks.

I got some colby jack last week, after not having regular cheese in quite a while. It was delicious but omg lets just say, i didnt know my butt was that talented!

I am trying the potato diet.

Eye clinic found problems with my eyes due to diabetic retinopathy and macular.I will lose my sight if don't stop eating sugar.
So christmas or no christmas strict no sugar,low fat,low carb diet has to start today.Its for the best and I was making myself ill with what I'd been eating so
there will be improvements all round and quickly if I do this now instead of after xmas and this has to be a permanent change.I must not forget or ignore the risks to my health of continuing to eat sugar and be obese.

I ended up having a slimfast shake and nutrigrain bar for dinner instead of a tuna sandwich. I'll have that tomorrow probably instead.

Feel unwell cos of the binge eating of too much sugar snacks the day before yesterday and a bit yesterday,stayed off the sugar today.Even so that's a big improvement.
I had to cancel my blood test for tomorrow cos don't feel up to travelling there,asked to rebook in January.

I had a TV dinner for dinner instead of the usual eggs. I needed something different. I also had a medium cheese fries from Sonic, 2 dark chocolate Oreos, and a Pepsi and an unsweetened peach tea with Splenda today. 1,200 calories.

I don't think I've lost weight. I'm discouraged. I wish I knew why it's not working. It's been almost 2 weeks now. I wanted cookies for Christmas. Maybe I should forget about that. I also wanted cheesecake. I guess I have to take that out of my shopping cart.

I am watching what I eat and eating less,today I went to grocery store and I bought salad stuff,cucumber,tomatoe,lettuce,avocado,carrots,humus,olives,beetroot and fruit,figs,melon,satsumas bananas.....more healthy stuff,I actually am developing a greater like for salad foods.

My mom says I’m bored with food. Which is why I’ve been eating the same stuff for weeks. I lost another 2 pounds just since yesterday. I took a walk this morning and have been moving nonstop all day. Today I had a Coke, a serving of Goldfish crackers, 2 dark chocolate Oreos, an Atkins shake, 2 English muffins, and dinner will probably be eggs again. I’ll probably have a bowl of blueberry Cheerios with 1/2 cup of milk in a bit. I have 1,235 calories written down.

Having a salad and carrots for dinner tonight, need to eat up the vegetables I have in my fridge before they go bad.

I don't know what my weight is, last time I checked it was 143 but it's been several days since then. I'm waiting to weigh myself before I next talk to my psychiatrist. We're gonna discuss alternatives to metformin for meds with appetite suppressant effects.

I woke up tonight wanting something to eat. It was about the time I normally stress eat. All I had available for quick food was an Atkins bar. So I guess that wasn't too bad. I had a cappuccino with it. So that filled me up. I'll be fine now for the rest of the night. I wish I knew why I had to stress eat. I guess as long as I pick healthy choices, I'll be fine. But the chips and salsa as well as the pretzels and hummus are gone now. I think I can't eat those things. I don't know when to stop. My online therapist recommended that I join an eating disorder group. I found one that meets on Thursdays. So I will try.
