Im.really proud of myself because I maintained love but reasonable and balanced calories the past 3 days. Tonight I really didnt feel like cooking especially after I got back from the dog park and out of the 83į heat, which had come down from the 90s earlier today. So I tried ordering from this restaurant I had heard about that does different styles of mac n cheese. I ordered a spicy kind eith jalapenos bc I feel fuller with spicy food. And I saw the option to do roasted cauliflower instead of pasta. So my mac n cheese was actually veggies n cheese and it was really quite light and was delicious. I felt both proud of myself for ordering a lower calorie version and because it was probably better and more flavorful than the regular pasta version. And I even te the jalapenos, which I dont normally and they werent too spicy. I have been working on adjusting my palette for heat and it seems to be working.

Anyways it was very good and the best thing is I dont feel guilty or gross after eating it. I did not get my 3 mile run in this morning bc I was very fatigued but I did get over 10k steps and walked 4+ miles. I'm at least even on calorie input and output today if not at a good deficit.

weighed myself. just what I figured. I'm back at my heaviest (i think). But I don't think I'm gaining (from meds). I do seriously need to start working out more though. I could use all the support I can get, so thanks in advance!

I ate well yesterday and I walked. I wish I could do better about doing my yoga. At least I kept moving around the house with chores.

I was really hungry last night around 9, and I probably should have been since I just had a yogurt for dinner and that was at 4PM. So I had some iceberg lettuce with calorie free dressing and that helped my hunger.

So far today Iíve had a bag of Quest chips and a bottle of Coke. Iím going to have a yogurt, a baked potato, some udon noodles, and an egg. About 1,230 calories. Maybe closer to 1,210.

134. i ate almost 3000 calories yesterday in a binge. i'm sure it will balance itself out.

I exercised and am eating healthy still. I did drink a yogurt drink though and a soda yesterday because it was hot. Today, I will not drink such sugary stuff. Someone said it looks like I lost weight. What a nice compliment!!

I ate well yesterday and I went for a short walk. Basically I'm doing low carb, trying to keep my carbs below 100. It's worked before but I'm stalling at the moment. I did some research and it seems like I need less protein and less dairy. Guess I will have to cut back on my cheese and try to eat more salads. Also, I will try to walk longer. Maybe take the long way around to the gazebo in the mornings.

Iíve lost 10 pounds but gained some muscle so I look like Iíve lost more then 10 pounds and my pants arenít fitting very good.

So far today Iíve a 130 calorie yogurt, and a thing of soy milk. Iím going to have 3 more yogurts, 2 cookies, some ramen without the broth, a hard boiled egg, and a little thing of black olives. 1,225 calories or so.
