I didn’t eat very well today. But I didn’t overeat. Just the quality of my food was bad. I had an English muffin at 2AM. Then I had a cherry coke and a serving of Smarties at 8:30. I had an order of nacho fries, only ate half of the cheese, and a soft beef taco from Taco Bell for lunch at 1. Then dinner is going to be 4 scrambled eggs. I have down 1,183 calories. I may throw in a cup or 2 of frozen vegetables which will be another 40 calories.

I haven’t had any increased hunger from my increase in meds. My doctor knows I won’t stay on anything do if they do cause hunger, and that going off them on my own will cause issues. But he’s cool about not prescribing weight gaining meds. Med manipulation was one of the reasons I ended up in IOP.

I've been eating well. I've had vegetables, beans and rice today. I have no fruit. I need to buy some more. I also did chair yoga today. It went well.

I had 1258 calories today. Mostly in snacks and a big coffee. The quality of my food was unintentional until I looked at my food log 10 minutes ago and realized I didn’t have an actual meal today. I’m going to have 2oz of ham for dinner. I did 36 minutes on the Gazelle walking machine and then 9 minutes of jumping on the trampoline.

I had some Thai food today. And I had black-eyed peas and rice. I have Thai noodles for later on this evening. I took my trash out, so that was a little bit of exercise.

My appetite has already decreased since starting topamax. I had to remind myself to eat dinner today or I would just have forgotten about eating entirely

I still have Thai food to eat. I have two bowls of soup. I think I will have soup this morning. I feel bloated though. I guess from all the salt. I'll try to drink extra water today. I'll do some housework and yoga today for exercise.

I actually ate today instead of just snacks. I had a little cup of Jif to go peanut butter, a Kind bar, a serving of European smarties, a cherry Coke, an unsweetened blue raspberry iced tea, and a can of Campbell’s double noodle soup with the broth dumped out. Dinner is going to be 4 scrambled eggs. 1,213 calories but I am sure it’s a bit less because I didn’t eat the broth in the soup. I plan on jumping on my trampoline although I am very tired today. I did use my over the door basketball hoop for a few minutes this morning. I may do that again as well.

I finished up my Thai food this morning and I had beans and rice. I will probably cook more beans and rice later. I need more vegetables too. I will try to do my chair yoga.

I’m still maintaining my 13 pound weight loss. So far today I’ve had a little cup of Jif peanut butter and a Kind bar. I also had a Diet Coke with cherry and vanilla flavoring from Sonic. I plan on having a can of Campbell’s soup without the broth for lunch, 3 eggs for dinner, and some Goldfish crackers and a serving of European smarties for a snack. 1,210 calories minus whatever for the broth in the soup.

I lost over a pound since yesterday. I peed like 8 times though. No idea why I went so much. I ordered groceries last night and this morning and got all the usual stuff I eat. Soup, canned ravioli, canned ham, peanut butter, chips, Rice cakes, imported UK candy, and granola and protein bars. Also I got some orange juice, a case of diet code red Mountain Dew, and a box of macarons. Today I had a little cup of peanut butter, a Mountain Dew, a Kinder card bar, and for lunch I had a can of Chef Boyardee macaroni and cheese. The sodium content was outrageous on it but I just didn’t care. I plan on having 3 scrambled eggs for dinner and a serving of Taco Doritos for a snack. 1,242 calories today.

I had a breakfast sandwich without meat this morning, rice and beans for lunch, a salad for dinner and grits as a snack. I ate two servings of grits. I was stressed. And I wanted the carbs. I don't know what my calories were. I quit counting. I haven't been doing my yoga but I was active today with housework.

Today exercised more with using small hand weights, worked out with exercise dvd and walked my dog 15-20 minutes, and did eat ok. My breakfast and lunch were good, then drank cocoa in the afternoon, and at dinner maybe a little extra starch that could have chosen to omit. For dinner ate tortilla chips and saltines with vegetarian chili, and later vanilla Greek yogurt and not quite full pack of pretzel m and m’s.

I did a lot of walking outside today. A lot of it was uphill too. Up a steep hill. 6,173 steps. I had an Ensure shake for breakfast. For lunch a pbj sandwich, snack was a little packet of mini soft baked cookies, dinner will be chicken breast and spinach

I lost another pound. So 15 pounds since Thanksgiving. I’m not sure why it’s been so easy to lose weight. I know I’m off a couple meds and I’m not taking melatonin or cough syrup anymore. I’m also super motivated as well and I’m using a weight loss and food app. But basically nothing makes me hungry anymore. My increase in meds is doing nothing to my appetite. If anything I’m even less hungry then I was before the increase.

Today I had a couple Kinder Bon Bons, an iced coffee from Wendy’s, a macaron, a can of Campbell’s soup without the broth, and I’ll have 8 Chikin N a Biscuit crackers for a snack and I’m trying something new for dinner. Instead of plain eggs I’m going to have a Just Crack An Egg thing. You crack an egg into potato’s and stuff and then microwave it.

I have down 1,216 calories but I know I’m low. Maybe I’ll add in a couple more crackers.

I'm afraid to step on the scale. But I do notice my knees and legs are less painful these past couple of days. I hope that means I am losing. I added some meat back to my diet. I had a serving of tuna casserole yesterday. It was good. I ordered some dairy products from the store and I'm going to start using more olive oil. Today I plan to have salads, beans and rice and more tuna casserole.

I think the british do a better job of brainwashing their citizens about getting their 5 servings of fruit and veg a day than the US does. I watch the british weight loss shows on youtube and its like thats ALL anyone ever talks about, but americans, hardly ever.

I was wondering why it was bugging me so much that people werent mentioning the 5 a day here, then it hit me, that was why - ive been british brainwashed!

Ive been starting and ending my days with oranges and tangerines. It makes my breakfasts and dinners lighter, i think.

My diet is going good and for the last three days I have been consistently eating under 1500 cals a day,normal small size portions,three meals a day and tiny snacks.
I am exercising more than I used to too.I will see what exercise I can do tomorrow,couldn't go for a walk today as it was below ) the temperature outside and freezing.If it's the same tomorrow I am going to do a couple of workouts at home and try do 259 steps an hour up and down the stairs.Exercise makes losing weight easier.I have a med and diabetic review on the 13th and a health check on the 22nd.

I’m down another 6oz. Today I haven’t been very hungry but I know I need to eat. I’m currently waiting until I get the energy to eat my 3 scrambled eggs which are now cold and sitting in the microwave.

I swear my dietician was super skinny and understands you can eat a low calorie diet and not have an eating disorder. because she didn’t harp on me at all the way other people have about protein and meat and stuff. She said 140 is a perfectly acceptable weight for my height.

She doesn’t get why I’m not hungry and losing weight so fast, but neither do I.
