I snacked late last night. I was hungry. My weight is staying the same. And I'm postponing my doctor visit due to Covid-19 so I won't be able to walk anytime soon.

I had a Mountain Dew and a coffee for breakfast. then a Sargento balanced break and a some Rice A Roni for lunch, and a sausage for dinner. 1,180 calories. Pretty low, but whatever.

Iím not feeling like eating much today. I did have a couple Cokes but one was at midnight so Iím not sure that counts. Besides the Cokes Iíve had half a calzone and a little cup of rice a Roni. Plus an iced tea from Starbucks. If I eat dinner which is a sausage Iíll be right around my calorie goal if I count the Coke at midnight. If I donít eat dinner, or count the Coke, then Iím way under.

I had a yogurt for breakfast. Then I had this Japanese lemon Coke. I couldnít read the ingredients on the back since most of it was in Japanese. It said something like 32k cal but I wasnít sure so I just put it at 240 calories which is what a regular 20 oz Coke would be. Then I had a couple pieces of cod and some fries for lunch. I just had a coconut iced tea with Splenda right now. So far Iím right at 1200 calories give or take for the Coke.

I'm tired of not having carbs. So I put some sweet Hawaiian rolls in my shopping cart. I'll get them for the weekend. I'll also get some blueberry bagels with cream cheese. That's how I will celebrate the Fourth of July.

125.8 this morning.

I had a free yoga class today, which was disappointing and boring. I actually stopped following the instructor and started doing ab exercises. Lately my body seems to be feeling kind of weak and flabby. Even though i'm losing weight, I feel fatter than I was.

I wonder if I need to eat more. Yesterday I had about 1500 calories, which seems substantial enough. I definitely didn't feel as bad as I did last Friday when my legs were falling asleep, but I also feel a lot weaker. Maybe i just have to amp up my strength training sessions.

I'm going to do strength training tomorrow & Sunday, then on Tuesday I think I'll do running and a yoga alternative.

My 5 class package of yoga is over... I don't know if I should buy another. I don't think I will. Even if I don't buy a class package I can do those free classes. I need to think of something to replace it. When the pandemic is over (if it ever is) you can do a Karma program with yoga studios where you work for free and get classes at a really low rate. I think I'll do that.

I had a little container of Wholly Guacamole and chips, and a Yoplait Whips key lime yogurt for breakfast. Then I had a 20oz Mountain Dew around 9. I had a chicken apple sausage for lunch. Then a little cup of Rice A Roni about 45 minutes later. I had an iced tea from Starbucks but I didnít finish it all. For dinner Iím going to have a small piece of turkey loaf. About 1200 calories total.

I havenít weighed myself in awhile but I took a mirror selfie yesterday and I look a lot better then I did a few weeks ago.

I backed out. I didn't get the carbs. I just stuck with vegetables, whole wheat and protein.
