I ended up accidentally being super low on calories yesterday. I ate just under 1200. Today so far I’ve had an orange, a Mountain Dew, a little cup of frozen yogurt, a yogurt parfait, and another turkey unwich with no mayonnaise. I have been running around nonstop this morning so I plan on having a whole burger for dinner since I burned a lot and if I go over a bit on my 1200 calories then that’s fine.

Me too. I've been having a piece of dark chocolate every night for about a week (in celebration of Easter a little early) and I plan to every night leading up to Easter. It's 75 calories so I just budget for it. Easter will soon be over and so will treating myself but for now I am enjoying it. I'm still losing weight so that is all that matters.

I over did it on the chocolate yesterday. I was stressed out. I think I will throw the rest away. My Easter celebration is over with. I need to lose weight.

Lost 0.4 lbs from yesterday. I didn't eat terribly healthy yesterday. I had a hamburger for example. And a real Dr. Pepper not a diet one. But I did eat lots of veggies, salad, potatoes, broccoli, and cauliflower. I also ate some banana.

174 today. I had an iced coffee, an orange, a turkey sandwich with no mayonnaise from Jimmy Johns, a package of Jack Links prime rib jerky, a mango Pepsi, I’m going to have a baked potato for dinner. I got some I can’t believe it’s not butter spray. Then I’ll probably have some mixed berries as a snack.

I got a crap ton of groceries today mostly healthy stuff.

173 today. So far I’ve had 2 bananas and a French vanilla iced coffee from McDonald’s. I plan on having a Fuji apple and 2 slices of Ezekiel bread for lunch, a little can of baked beans and an orange for dinner, then a piece of a chocolate Payday and another orange for a snack. I have down 1,288 calories.

So far I've lost 19 lbs on Noom since Valentine's Day. Whoop Whoop. I'm hoping I can be down 25 lbs by the time I go to my doctor next month.

I was 173 exactly today. So a little bit less than yesterday. Yesterday I had 2,033 calories but maintenance for me is 2,300 and I had basically just healthy stuff yesterday. A lot of fruit and stuff.

So far today I’ve had a little bag of Doritos, a 16oz Mountain Dew, a Fuji apple, a sugar free French vanilla iced coffee, and a Coke. For lunch I’m going to have an avocado and 2 pieces of Ezekiel bread. For a snack I’m going to have a Fage yogurt, dinner will be a baked potato. I have down 1,509 calories.

I’m currently restricted from running Weight Loss and Exercise #3 however have been walking 15-20 minutes. My new immunologist is out of state. The other immunologist in the practice, I wanted to see to begin with. She was out with COVID and just returned to the office. I had an appointment with her yesterday. We have a game plan and now waiting on lab results.

Today I was 172.8. For breakfast I had a Mountain Dew, an orange Vanilla Coke, an avocado, and a Fuji apple. I don’t know what else I’ll be eating today. I switch things up so much throughout the day. But I plan on sticking to my 1,527 calorie goal. Wednesday and yesterday were rough but they usually are. But I got through them.

My hunger was kind of tough today. But I got through it by eating fruit when I was hungry. I do need to watch the soda. I have down 1,648 calories for the day.

Taking 2 unisom at 5 and waiting while they kick in and then taking my Geodon at 6 and going to bed has been pretty helpful in controlling my hunger.

I didn’t weigh myself this morning because I had a lot of water and a can of Pepsi early. I have no idea what I’ll be eating today. I had an apple for breakfast. I’m kinda hungry but then I think to myself “do I want an apple or another piece of fruit?” And I say no and I’ve heard when your not hungry for fruit you’re not really hungry. Although it does sound like a lot of BS to me.
