You might want to drink more water maybe, but that doesnt sound unreasonable to me for your surgery. Cuz there would have been water retention all over your body as you were healing. From what ive read, 5 lbs each, and 5lbs water retention from surgery. Do you want to talk about whats going on? You can pm me if you want.

I had a little package of apples and peanut butter and then a little package of carrots and ranch for breakfast. The ranch dip was kind of gross so I left about 2/3 of it. Then I had a Coke around 9. For lunch I had this block of cheese that you heat up and itís supposed to be like mozzarella stick type stuff. Total Iíve had around 982 calories. I am super super tired for some reason so I may just go to bed.

Today is my birthday. So I pretty much ate what I wanted. But I don't think it was too bad. I had a couple of muffins this morning, Chinese for lunch and meatloaf and potatoes for dinner. I've been pretty full all day and I did a few house chores. So I think it went well.

Iím down another pound. So thatís 13 in just under 3 weeks. So far today Iíve had a Mountain Dew, a package of Ritz peanut butter and crackers, a pouch of tuna, a chocolate pudding, a 100 calorie pack of nuts, and a Hersheyís strawberries and cream candy bar. Iíve had 920 calories so far and I told myself I could have a cheat day but Iím just honestly not in the mood for food. I donít feel the greatest physically. We are supposed to be getting Dennyís for dinner. I may just have a can of soup.

I've done well today. I had spaghetti and meatballs and a can of soup. I've also done a lot around the house.

Yesterday I had a microwavable thing of Campbellís French onion soup, a little container of apples and peanut butter, and an Amyís organic Mac and cheese dinner. I also had a medium iced coffee from Sonic.

I started a new med that may cause weight gain. And Iím off my topamax too now. I took the new one last night and I just went to bed after. Right now I have a mild craving for nachos but I also feel sick as hell at the same time. So weíll see how it goes. If my weight goes up from a med I usually take myself off it.

I downloaded the Noom app. But I haven't had time to use it. I prefer logging my food mentally. But I'm hoping to get tips out of the app.

@Deilla have you looked into using an RX card for your med insurance wonít pay for? One of my new ones isnít covered by my insurance but with the RX app I was able to get it as low as $18 from one pharmacy. Way better than the $80 without.
