Managed to ride the bike trainer for 45 minutes again today. Also managed to add an additional mile walk this evening, so that's a total of about 4 miles walked today.
Managed to keep a well balanced diet but I am kind of needing something for a snack before bed here. It doesnt help I had a cocktail with dinner and those damn empty calories will surely come back to bite you in the butt, wont they? I just keep putting one foot in front of the other and doing the best I can with each meal. It's all I can do. Even small progress is progress. __________________ What if I fall? Day on the range in the blazing sun. Running with gear. Climbing with gear. Crawling with gear. Then, I had to put on the gas mask. Yay. I was a puddle of sweat after. 124 lbs.

I finished off my cauliflower crust pizza for breakfast. I’m going to have some waffles in a little bit. Then tuna and an apple for lunch. Dinner is going to be an Amy’s TV dinner and a can of asparagus. 1,210 calories total for the day.

I got my heart rate up while doing physical therapy. I also ate better than I have been eating. I hope all of it helps.

I did a few walks so a few miles yesterday and I rode my bike for about 30 minutes. I ate mostly well until the evening and I was still eating healthy foods I just ate too much. That's okay, still progress forward.

I did my PT exercises this morning. My shoulder is feeling better after yesterday's work out. I did a little stress eating last night. But it wasn't too bad. I had a bowl of cheerios. Today I might cook something.

I haven't lost any weight. And I was careful about what I ate. I also exercised. So I don't understand. I'll give it a few more days before I decide to liposuction have my body with the vacuum cleaner.

I lost one pound. I'm happy about that. I'm moving in the right direction now. And I bought healthy snakes like fresh veggies and fruit. I also got some yogurts and sugar free chocolate. I'm still doing my PT exercises and moving around the house. I hope I do my yoga today.

Oh man, did I struggle last week but injust kept trying to put one foot on front of the other, not judge myself for bad decisions and try a make a better follow up decision, and this morning I'm down two pounds from what I gained. Going to keep on with my effort this week and continue to acknowledge that any progress, even small, is progress.
The one thing I'm trying to conquer is cutting out the snack before I go to bed. I have a hard time eating dinner early then not going to bed for 4 or 5 more hours and then sleeping through the night on an empty stomach. So I know this will be a mental challenge and likely have some feelings of withdrawal. But I have some yummy chamomile tea that I'm planning on having before bed every night, hoping that will make me feel full. __________________ What if I fall? Oh, my dear, but what if you fly? I had a couple sodas, a package of peanut butter and crackers, and a can of soup today. 730 calories total. I’m not very hungry. I’m not sure what else I’ll be eating.

I'm not sure how I'm doing today. I'm afraid to get on the scale. Lately the numbers have been depressing. Maybe I'll just weigh myself once a week. I snacked mostly yesterday. I ate apples, carrots, avocado, sugar free chocolate, chicken broth, chicken soup, more apples and a sandwich.
