133.2 lbs this morning.
i ate cereal = 200 cals. rice, beans, and broccoli =400. then i had about 5.5oz of carrot cake which is probably around 600 cals. i still haven't exercised since the 22nd. i did groceries today which is probably 1 mile of walking. |

I walked for about 25 minutes then went up the stairs. I feel fine!

I've been eating better and I walked for a few minutes today, which is good cause normally I can't walk. The PT is paying off.

I had a Coke from McDonald’s, a couple Chobanis yogurts, and this meat cheese and egg plate. So far everything was about 820 calories.

I ended up eating 1,230 calories, 113 carbs, and 71. 25 grams of protein. Idk. I feel like I should be losing on that if I continue.

I feel too bloated to weigh myself. I've been eating salads, sandwiches and yogurts. And I've been doing some exercise. I'm trying. My sister A made me feel bad about my weight yesterday. Why are people so insensitive? I do the best I can. I try and try.

I had a bottle of cherry hibiscus tea and a hard boiled egg for breakfast. I got another Coke from McDonald’s around 9. I had a string cheese around 11. Then I got some nachos from Taco Bell which I had at 1:30. Dinner was at 4:30. I had deli turkey, cottage cheese, and a Greek yogurt. 1,220 calories total for the day. My meals were spread out today. My Pdoc told me not to snack but, honestly I really screw myself over when I don’t.

One mile jog to the track. One mile sprint @ 5:58. Three mile road run. AbRipper X. Pushups 38, 18, 15. Yoga stretch.

I'm still eating well. And I'm getting better about my exercises. Unfortunately today I am very tired. I just want comfort food and to sleep all day. Hopefully tomorrow is better.

I had 3 Greek yogurts, a string cheese, a hard boiled egg, a little container of cottage cheese some deli turkey, 2 Cokes, and an iced coffee. 1,210 calories total.

I had a cosmic brownie and a Greek yogurt at 2 this morning. Then I had a bottle of Coke around 9. I plan on having 2 more yogurts, 2 hard boiled eggs, a little container of cottage cheese, and 4oz of deli turkey today. About 1,230 calories total for the day.

132.8. today i did abs and arms and walked 3 miles. hopefully i will gain muscle and lose flab. i haven't ran since my depression worsened about a week ago.

I ordered a burger yesterday, but I didn't have a bun. I had it wrapped in lettuce. It was pretty good. I felt like I was eating healthy and doing something nice to treat myself. I will do that again. I did more exercise yesterday than I have been doing.

I had a yogurt and then some Taco Bell today. I’m going to have another yogurt for dinner. My goal is to get to 158 by October. My other goal was to get into my shorts that I wore last summer, by July. But I got them on today. They aren’t as loose like they were last summer, but I am wearing them comfortably.

I had a couple Greek yogurts, half a calzone, and a little cup of black olives. Supposedly 830 calories. Although I think it’s higher.

I am still eating healthy and exercising. I feel fine. I am still chubby but not fat. I also got daily soft lenses and will wear them tomorrow! Life is not bad.

I still won't weigh myself. I don't feel well. I've been drinking cappuccinos to deal with stress. I try to limit it to 2 a day. But I feel so bloated all the time. I had a breakfast sandwich, turkey/cheddar wrap and roasted turkey with brown rice. So not bad really. I will try to get more vegetables today.
