So far I’ve had a Coke, a Mountain Dew, a Kit Kat, a package of Dunkaroos, and a little thing of black olives. I’m at 755 calories right now. I plan on having a couple Greek yogurts, 2 hard boiled eggs, and another thing of black olives for the rest of the day. 1,190 calories today.

1200 cals today. 132 lbs. will try to get down to 130 this week. i am so close to the 120s. unfortunately lately i haven't been good at eating less. i think i did groceries exactly a week ago. when i do groceries (around every 2 weeks) i tend to get myself some treats like frozen junk food and dessert. i bought too much since i just finished my last junk food treat, which was Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches. each one is 400 calories--and they're tiny and not filling. if i hadn't eaten it, i'd be at 800 calories today. it was an emotional eating situation. i spoke to my father two days ago and it really triggered me. i wanted to binge eat and go over 2000 calories, but i guess i'm better at regulating my food than i thought. i read that if you treat yourself every now and then you can avoid drastic binges.

i haven't exercised in 2 days. unfortunately i have some wounds on my legs and arms that haven't closed up yet. so i don't want to risk going outside and having the coronavirus enter my bloodstream. i also don't want to shower because it would hurt. so no exercise today.

tomorrow i'm having a chicken breast, onion, beans. that will be about 700 calories. i will have two apples. 900 in total. and i'll do a more intense arm and ab workout. i really want to lose flab.

Today I am going to have a Mountain Dew, a Quest pizza, and a couple yogurts. 1,210 calories.

I had a couple of breakfast burritos this morning. Later I will have some vegetables with roasted turkey and gravy. I have brown rice to go with it as well. So I'm eating properly today. I canceled my PT appointment. I'll do some exercises on my own. Oh, and I went for a couple of walks today.

so far: 2 apples (200), and i'm starting to eat my chicken breast (500), beans (150), onion (70), and serrano pepper (5). cooked w/ 1/2 tablespoon oil (60). i'll be at 985 cals when i'm done. for a snack i'll probably have a carrot & an orange to bring it to 1000 cals.

i will very likely get to weigh myself again tomorrow evening...but I'm a little scared. And also, no way am I sharing my weight amongst you skinny minis! That's a complement. I know, we all have different goals and weight is relative though, so forgive me for the silliness. Just saying, I don't think I've weighed as little as ~130lbs since I was a child.

I weighed myself this morning, and I’ve lost 10 pounds since the lockdown. It should not be a problem getting to 158 by October. I weigh 169 now.

So far today I’ve had a bag of Quest chips and a Coke. I’m going to have that Quest pizza I’ve been meaning to have, and a yogurt. 1200 calories.

I’m so disgusted with being the heaviest I’ve ever been, I’ve stopped eating breakfast and lunch and replaced it with a protein shake. I’m on weight gaining meds that give me appetite, locked down with nothing to do, so had been enjoying food. I’ve never dieted and lost weight. I have zero willpower, but this is just too much.

131.4 good to know i havent gotten "metabolic damage" and was able to lose weight on 1200 cals. when i'm sedentary i need about 1400 cals.

didnt exercise as i got my period. yuck.

I've eaten low carb meals today. And I went for a short walk. Last time I stepped on the scale, I had gained another pound. I'll just keep doing the best I can.

Im.really proud of myself because I maintained love but reasonable and balanced calories the past 3 days. Tonight I really didnt feel like cooking especially after I got back from the dog park and out of the 83° heat, which had come down from the 90s earlier today. So I tried ordering from this restaurant I had heard about that does different styles of mac n cheese. I ordered a spicy kind eith jalapenos bc I feel fuller with spicy food. And I saw the option to do roasted cauliflower instead of pasta. So my mac n cheese was actually veggies n cheese and it was really quite light and was delicious. I felt both proud of myself for ordering a lower calorie version and because it was probably better and more flavorful than the regular pasta version. And I even te the jalapenos, which I dont normally and they werent too spicy. I have been working on adjusting my palette for heat and it seems to be working.

Anyways it was very good and the best thing is I dont feel guilty or gross after eating it. I did not get my 3 mile run in this morning bc I was very fatigued but I did get over 10k steps and walked 4+ miles. I'm at least even on calorie input and output today if not at a good deficit.

weighed myself. just what I figured. I'm back at my heaviest (i think). But I don't think I'm gaining (from meds). I do seriously need to start working out more though. I could use all the support I can get, so thanks in advance!

I ate well yesterday and I walked. I wish I could do better about doing my yoga. At least I kept moving around the house with chores.

I was really hungry last night around 9, and I probably should have been since I just had a yogurt for dinner and that was at 4PM. So I had some iceberg lettuce with calorie free dressing and that helped my hunger.

So far today I’ve had a bag of Quest chips and a bottle of Coke. I’m going to have a yogurt, a baked potato, some udon noodles, and an egg. About 1,230 calories. Maybe closer to 1,210.

134. i ate almost 3000 calories yesterday in a binge. i'm sure it will balance itself out.

I exercised and am eating healthy still. I did drink a yogurt drink though and a soda yesterday because it was hot. Today, I will not drink such sugary stuff. Someone said it looks like I lost weight. What a nice compliment!!

I ate well yesterday and I went for a short walk. Basically I'm doing low carb, trying to keep my carbs below 100. It's worked before but I'm stalling at the moment. I did some research and it seems like I need less protein and less dairy. Guess I will have to cut back on my cheese and try to eat more salads. Also, I will try to walk longer. Maybe take the long way around to the gazebo in the mornings.

I’ve lost 10 pounds but gained some muscle so I look like I’ve lost more then 10 pounds and my pants aren’t fitting very good.

So far today I’ve a 130 calorie yogurt, and a thing of soy milk. I’m going to have 3 more yogurts, 2 cookies, some ramen without the broth, a hard boiled egg, and a little thing of black olives. 1,225 calories or so.

It feels hopeless with the lockdown and now protesting going on and stores being closed completely. I can't even get any healthy foods at the moment and when stores do open again, who knows what will be in stock. Sigh!

And have been under the weather past few days, so no exercise...well, i did a couple yoga stretching poses this morning and I hope to walk around the house a bit more today...but no official workouts. And it's just so muggy! bleh!

Never giving up completely though!
