I plan out my meals but then I sometimes stray away from them. I always end up between 1200-1270 calories though.

Today I plan on having: 4 yogurts, a soy milk, a serving of M&Ms, some udon noodles, a hard boiled egg, and a little container of black olives. 1,225 calories.

I'm getting discouraged. I want to try to eat more salads. I buy the pre-made ones from the deli. When I tried to shop yesterday, they didn't have any available. And also there frozen vegetable section was running low. I didn't walk yesterday. I had too much going on. But today is a new day.

131.6. i had a good day of eating yesterday. i had a roasted sweet potato among other things. what a weird luxurious taste that has. i feel lucky for all the food i have.

i woke up with no desire to eat. i will get a hot black coffee and go to the park to sketch. i don't have a coffee machine at home. usually i get my coffee for free at work. i haven't had coffee since the lockdown. i will try to have another roasted sweet potato & carrots today and maybe a ramen. i can't pretend my recent emotional upset and not knowing if i'll lose my job and losing my friend isn't having an impact on my desire to eat.

I feel good. I climbed 30 flight of stairs today. Unfortunately, I got some more soda. But,it all balances out. I like pink lemonade soda!! And, I bought some grape drinks too. Ice cold milk tea is not bad either. It is hot here! I feel sweaty all of the time. I finally put on the air conditioner.

I lost some weight. I'm really glad. The salads are paying off. I have more in my online grocery cart. I'm just not ready to order just yet. I have some rice and beans I want to eat up first. I plan to walk today and I've been doing my PT exercises. Unfortunately, they are causing me more pain.

I’ve had 300 calories so far. I’m not sure what else I’m going to eat.

My mom is being so obnoxious. She lost 12 pounds and my weight loss is going slow because I’m gaining muscle, and I sometimes feel like she’s throwing it back in my face. Yet I’m the one who’s kept off 67 pounds in almost 4.5 years.

I ended up eating 3 yogurts, a soy milk box, and an iced coffee. Dinner is going to be a bowl of instant udon noodle soup with the broth drained, and a coke. 1,240 calories. Yeah not the best but whatever.

I was surprised when I woke up this morning and I weighed 167.6. Just last week I was struggling for a long time to get below 170. At least the scale is moving now.

Today I’m trying to make it to 1230 calories. I’ve had a yogurt, a soy milk, some udon noodles, and I’m trying to eat a steak and fries from Outback.

I lost all the weight I had gained last week. I'm really happy. I'm feeling better. I'm still keeping my carbs low. I haven't walked in a couple of days. Maybe tomorrow.

still 131.6. i barely ate yesterday. it wasn't good at all.

today i'm at 800 calories. i need to eat something. i'll probably have cereal. i'm just about to do some strength training. i signed up for yoga classes, which start tomorrow. 9am which is very early for me. hoping it shifts my sleep schedule back to a more normal routine. I feel fat even though my clothes do fit better, even around my arms, which are very flabby. I probably lost an inch or two around my arms.

I feel good this morning. I ate well yesterday. Today I plan to do some yoga and go for a short walk. I'm feeling optimistic.

I walked outside and up 20 flights of stairs. I am doing well. I think I lost some weight. I eat well. I ate a salad, then drank coffee. I then had some chicken and one egg roll. I drank milk tea. I am eating less and feeling fine. I am happy.

I am going to treat myself to a cauliflower crust pizza today. Except I’m not sure a cauliflower crust pizza is necessarily “treating” myself.

I’ve had a yogurt and a Coke so far today, and then the pizza will be for lunch. Then I’m going to have 2 hard boiled eggs for dinner. 1200 calories exactly.

yoga went well. i'm excited to get back into exercising. i still weigh 131lbs. i want to lose 5-10 more pounds and tone my body. i want to be like an olympic athlete. if i lose 4 more pounds, i'll have lost 20 pounds.

i feel fat and thin. i did yoga in a sports bra and leggings so i could see my body. i am thinner than i thought. when my core is engaged, my stomach is thinner than my chest area (bear in mind this is right after i woke up). but i'm also flabby and weak. i did 20 minutes of light arm weights yesterday and afterwards i could barely hold myself up in a sideways plank position on my left arm.

i'll try do an arm workout and go for a walk or run.

So far today I’ve had a yogurt, a Soy milk, a Coke, and a bag of Quest protein chips. I’m going to have 2 hard boiled eggs, another yogurt, and some udon noodles. 1,230 calories.

I feel lighter than usual today. I guess that is good. I had cottage cheese, broccoli and a breakfast sandwich so far today. I woke up too late to go on a walk. I will try to do my yoga today.

i ate 1100 cals today and feel disgusting.

i did 40 minutes of strength training and walked 3 miles. every time i go out for a walk or run i have an unwanted interaction with a stranger. it always upsets me a lot. i know i probably have traits of agoraphobia but i honesty don't think i'll go out again for a long time. if i need cardio i'll do jumping jacks and burpees.

My weight went up a little. I'm still eating well and I went for a walk this morning. Just bought 4 salads and some vegetables. I'll have healthy food to eat over the next few days.

I had the other half of the calzone. So I’ve had about 1,430 calories. And I’m up a few oz. see. I can’t lose on 1400 calories. And I was all the over the place this morning running errands unlike most days where I’ve just been sitting at home.
