I am going to exercise inside because I don't want to go outside unless it is absolutely necessary. I will try to do aerobics. I like to do stretches and calisthenics so it should be ok.

125.4.... no exercise yet and i'm sure i will have a superficial gain tomorrow since i had tofu today. i want to do some lifting today and good ab work. tomorrow i'll go for a run.

My weight is staying the same. I'm eating healthy. I guess the only bad thing is I snack in the middle of the night. I won't exercise cause it just hurts.

With this increase in Geodon it’s been rough. But it’s been helping my moods so it’s worth it. My issue has been that I drink a lot of coffee and soda and at like 3 in the morning so at 3 in the afternoon I only have 100 calories left. I’m going to try to cut out the sugary drinks. I think that would help a ton. So far today I’ve have 370 calories. I’m going to try to hold off until lunch.

Not exactly sure why, but I gained weight. The only thing different was adding brown rice to my diet. I guess it's too many carbs. My groceries were low and rice was pretty much all I had. Still no exercise. Don't really plan to either. I don't know. I might try a couple of easy yoga stretches. At least it's something.

Yesterday was good. Today I’ve had a cup of rice, a coffee from Starbucks, a dragon fruit, a purple sweet potato, a Mountain Dew, and 3 hard boiled eggs. 1,240 calories depending on the potato. It was decent today except for the drinks. I had a lot of super exotic foods.

I think melatonin makes me hungry. I’ve noticed when I don’t take any for a couple days I can control my hunger.

I ate already prepared meals today. It wasn't that delicious exception for my breakfast. That was leftover McDonald's. I might just eat a bowl of Cheerios for tonight. I should be low on my carbs and calories.

I’m kind of annoyed. I weigh 177 pounds. So not a small weight. Not huge either. But I have this ridiculously small stomach. I ordered 2 North Face size small hoodies and they are huge on me. North Face doesn’t make mens XS and I refuse to shop in the boys department. I wish I could lose weight, and go up a size in shirts as well.

I saved the majority of my calories for tonight. Therefore I was able to have a huge dinner. I was able to stick to my calorie goal today. Maybe I should try really hard to hold off eating much during the day so I can eat a lot at night.

I am failing miserably at dieting,I haven't lost any weight,I might lose 5 pounds but then I gain it back.It's tiring,also keeping a food diary and counting calories doesn't help it just makes me more obssessed about eating and not being able to eat what I want,it depresses me.I want to eat healthy but don't manage to cos I am getting worried about not losing weight and feel compelled to eat unhealthy junk to comfort me.

I haven't weighed myself in a while. I've been focusing on healthy foods... vegetables, fruit and lean meats. I think today I will make my own healthy potato salad. That's what I'm craving. I will get out and walk a little.

I thought I’d be 179 because on Thursday I was out for most of the day and I had a huge iced coffee and a couple milkshakes and a huge Coke along with a lot of fast food Items and then an entire pizza later that night. But I weighed myself this morning and I was 176. Which was less then what I weighed the last time I weighed myself. The perks of being under 30 I guess.

So far I’ve had a coffee and a protein box from Starbucks. I’m going to have a couple pieces of chicken and some rice for dinner.

Thankfully I haven't gained too much but it's been a struggle to diet.March this year I was diagnosed with an eating disorder and it's so hard.I am so obese,I desperately want to lose weight , I don't know how to resist foods that are basically not good for me,I am gonna have to try harder and try to exercise more too!

I stepped on the scale this morning. I gained 3 pounds. So not too bad. My potato salad the other day was really good. I want to make it again today. If I can work it out, I think I might go for a little walk.

I have been walking outside and up the stairs most days of the week. I eat some what healthy but like ice cream and fried foods. I mostly eat fish, chicken, and salads though.

I lost some weight so I'm back down to where I was before gaining a little. I think it's a good sign. Maybe I will keep losing.

I don’t know what I weigh. I’ve barely eaten in 3 days. The last I weighed myself I was 176.

I lost another pound. So I'm really excited. Only thing I'm worried about is eating in the middle of the night. I pick healthy things. I could do better. Next time I have an urge to snack at midnight, I'll reach for the apples. Today I will try to walk. Walking has been a little bit better.

Yesterday and today I stuck to my calorie limit so I am pleased,I am taking it one day at a time and am resolved not to cheat because I am 22 stone which is 308 pounds and I am determined not to get bigger,I am motivating myself to stick to it by looking at the long term goals,I could be four stone lighter by xmas if I continue with it.That's 252 pounds which is a loss of 52 pounds.I would be fitter and healthier and if I continued I could reach my goal and be 12 stone by June next year,which is 168 pounds.That's better than where I was heading before I started the diet I was heading towards 400 pounds,not where I want to be.
