Okay though I am still trying to lose weight, and have been maintaining for about a year. I'm going to focus more on maintaining during the holidays. But I am going to be trying to eat healthier and exercise, though cookies are a weakness. I am still on WW , haven't been following the plan too well. I have to really get on myself to be stricter. I do not want to gain weight!

I'm an emotional eater, but have started intermittent fasting which is really helping with that, However, I need to really be stricter with the 16/8 fast and do it more frequently. More on days than off days. Higher protein, less carbs sugars, with ww focus on incorporating more zero point foods. Today I bombed, ate breakfast (a healthy one), but DQ for lunch. Tonight will be beef stew for dinner.

I admire you. I gained weight since I hit menopause and have hard time losing it. I should try your method
