I was down 2.4 lbs. Now up 1 lb. Like i see the scale go down I eat so it goes back up but i want it to go down so why am I doing this? I'm self sabotaging but why? And how do I stop doing it?

to me self sabotage occurs due to fear, either unrealized or realized fear. Getting to the root of that can help avoid this issue.
