I'm starting to think I should avoid weighing myself except once a week. I think I'd have more success. I'm a daily weigher now. I'm going to try not to step on the scale until weigh in. It messes with my head.

I am not sure what type of diet you are on, but I have heard that dieting is also about having good gut biome which can be enhanced by the type of food you eat and probiotics.
