I'm an ambassador really so I can get it at a discounted rate, but I weighed myself this morning and I'm almost 50 percent body fat according to my scale. I need help putting a dent in my weight loss. So I started Plexus 3 days ago.

https://plexusworldwide.com/korinah/home

I gained weight at mom's. Really fast gained 7 lbs. I'm already 100 lbs overweight. Ww works but its just painfully slow. And hard. I want something a bit easier and faster.

I was on plexus 4 years ago lost 26 lbs in a month or two. Didn't do anything special just took the stuff. Ate my food, walked up stairs to my apt. Minimal exercise. It changed the food choices I made I didn't. It caused me to crave healthier foods, and I recall only eating a few bites of things like ice cream, which was a staple in my household.

Basically it balances your system. I feel it working already. Increases healthier antibiotics, and it works from the inside out. Not yet sure how it will interact with my meds, wasn't on them 4 years ago. But I'm desperate for change and feel out of control. I'm trying to regain control of my diet and eating habits. I'm an emotional eater. Last night i felt so sick because I ate too much. That's plexus working. It will put a stop to that behavior i struggle with.

Sorry but there's no quick fix. You need to put in the work just like everyone else. Steroids may be a quick fix for my goals but nothing worth having comes easy. Plus the health risks for using them outweigh any possible benefits for me.

If you're an emotional eater, get in the habit of eating healthy food next time you get all emotional. Snack on some baby carrots and celery or some broccoli.

My psychiatrist told me you need to work 8x harder to lose weight than by changing your diet so I would suggest you start there. But that doesn't mean you shouldn't put in some work to get healthy too. Just being skinny doesn't mean you're healthy. Go for a walk around the block at least, or pump some iron.

Set yourself a goal one day, but start small. Then the next day you beat your goal by however much you're willing to work. If you do a single set of 12 reps per exercise, the next day see if you can add 4 more reps to each exercise and keep making yourself stronger or better in any way you can.

You said you lost ~25lbs last time you took this pill? Thats good but weren't you still overweight? 100-25=75lbs. You need to push yourself. Motivate yourself. Psych yourself up. Nobody can do the work for you. You're only given one life, and one body. You should learn to respect yourself as I'm learning to myself. If it was impossible to have a body carved out of stone, the Greek statues would have turned out looking pretty ******, and compared to the weights and exercises and machines we have today, it should be even easier to accomplish these days than doing it with just your own bodyweight.

Just my 2c

And in case that last post didn't motivate you, weight watchers is doing a first 3 month free kind of trial deal thing you can do. I can't attest to the efficacy of that program personally because I don't like to count calories or change my diet strictly, personally I'm just choosing to make healthier choices and replace/enhance more meals with extra protein.
