I haven't eaten m&ms for several years. Tonight had a hankering so went to quick trip while dinner was baking and bought powerade, eggs, and m&ms. Made it home in time for dinner, but ate a handfull of m&ms. I'm tired of dieting. Gaining instead of losing. So I caved. People say I don't eat like a person who weighs what i weigh, tonight i did. Tomorrow I'll gain another lb. Just fed up with dieting and still being fat.

M&M's are really hard to resist. U haven't eaten them in several years & only had a handful? I call that, doing great! I can eat like the one pound bags, lol! Did u check the calories on nutrition label? Like m&ms are not over the top calories, at all. A one pound bag is a lot of calories, tho, lol. U only had a handful!

Have you tried a type of diet? I’m on the keto diet. I had never done a real diet before, and never had lost weight. My son does the keto and I started doing it with him. I’ve stayed on it strictly and am steadily losing weight and started regularly exercising with his motivation too. Without his doing this with me, I’d surely have had no motivation, another person really helped.
