I've tried all kinds of supplements. I've finally come across some that truly help. I'm down 5 lbs in 2 weeks. I look forward to seeing bigger numbers. I'm thinking of adding meal replacement shakes to help lose more. These pills are what I've been looking for. I'm not even trying and weight is dropping. It's like a dream.

1 supplement that I take and I'm not sure that it helps necessarily but it's called chromium picolinate. It's supposed to help him metabolism but if you take too much of it it gives you a headache. It is not a weight loss supplement though.

I’ve had luck in the past with the Walmart version of Slimfast and peanut butter Atkin bars.
