recently I've been having trouble remembering things. Feelings of detachment and self-sabotage have been present. Tiredness and lack of motivation are there as well. My head feels foggy and heavy. But sometimes all of that goes away and I feel so, so happy for no reason. I feel like something's wrong with my head. I don't really feel stressed or sad.

My imagination is quite violent and dark. Mostly thinking about the death of me, or a loved one or hurt and comfort scenarios constantly.

There was an incident where I happened to walk out of a room with no expression on my face. I could feel myself do it and see what was happening, but I felt nothing. That scares me a lot. I don't like feeling nothing.

This could just be nothing, or it could be something. I don't know.

That is scary. If you can, please seek out a therapist to discuss this as soon as possible.

yea I agree with everyone else in this thread that maybe its time to contact your treatment providers... heres why......

usually when something suddenly like this happens its quite possible that something medical may need addressing with a doctor..... off the top of my head based on me these same problems turned out to be MS, with someone close to me what you posted turned out to be very early Parkinson's disease. Im not trying to scare you just explaining that most times when something just suddenly starts happening like this it can be quite serious like what I have and a friend has.

strongly suggesting that you may want to contact your treatment providers.

I'm pretty sure it's not Parkinsons, MS, I'm not so sure about.

I had a brain surgery 2 years ago, and I'm not sure if it's from the stuff they're giving me. My brain is in stable condition since the last MRI which was probably 2 weeks ago and has been for quite a long time. So I have been in very close contact with my doctors, but, these are pretty recent, and my doctors are there for physical things, so I'm not sure if I should contact a psychologist or therapist or psychologist.
