I never had hallucinations, and don't think I have schizophrenia but I have been watching one guy talking bout dmt trip and how it messed him up and he ended up seeing stuff, I recently found out I have depersonalisation and delusions, but I sometimes see with a corner of my eye things, and I know that its not real, but part of me thinks it is real and I get kinda confused if I made it up or what.. Which is what the guy was experiencing. I once was going with school into some class in different school and I was the last one entering the class and I heard veeery lound crash in level of my feet behind me, first thought was somebody crashed into something but there was no one there.. And I didn't step on anything its just sound and nothing more. What is it?? (when I see things with corner of my eye it feels like I myself consciously wanted to think I see something even tho I don't..) I'm not hypochondriac.

Are you sleep deprived, especially if you have sleep problems? I have sleeping issues that cause me to hallucinate a lot. It is very common, most people hallucinate at some point, although if you are seriously sleep deprived especially from sleep problrms, the hallucinations can occur more frequently. It only becomes a problem when you believe they are all real and you hear voices telling you to do bad things, along with having delusions and extreme irrational paranoia. It could also just be that you have an overreactive imagination. I understand it can be annoying thpugh.

You’re welcome and yeah that could be the problem. Sleep deprivation can make your mind do some very weird things.

If you're worried, Copia, I think you should talk to a doctor about this and see how it goes from there. I think it's the wisest thing to do. I'm so sorry you're hurting. Please try to get the help you need. Wish you good luck! Let us know how it goes. Sending many hugs to you
