How do you know it's anxiety symptom? I'm new to really exploring this condition. I believe I have a form of mania but maybe not bipolar. i'm on a daily & as needed med? Is this common? Very curious and confused

Interesting. So, what condition/s did your doctor prescribe your medication for, Confused49?

In my opinion it is fairly common for people to be on daily meds, yes. A lot of members here at PC would be on daily meds as well, so you're not alone there.

What are you taking your meds for, Confused49? Either way, the only way to be sure is to talk to your doctor about this and see how it goes from there. Maybe that could help. Hopefully you'll know for sure that way. So if you suspect you may anxiety or mania, I'd suggest to do that. And yes, taking daily meds is absolutely common, especially here, so don't worry about that. I hope you'll get the help you need and deserve. We're here for you if you have more questions to ask. Wish you good luck! Let us know how it goes. Sending many hugs to you

I agree that daily meds can be quite common. And having the PRN(as needed) med in addition to, can be common as well. Does your PDocs office give you a summary sheet? Sometimes those give the dx used for billing.
Anxiety symptoms can vary from person to person but some basic symptoms are commonly shared.
How long have you been on meds, if you don't mind sharing? My understanding that getting to a bipolar dx can take time. Are you keeping mood tracking logs to bring with you during your pdoc check ups? What does your T suspect?

I am not surewhat you mean linking anxiety to mania. Can you expand upon this?
