Are there foods that help (or comfort) you on your tough mental health days? Do you get cravings for particular foods on those days?

Yup. Candy. I know it is not necessarily GOOD for my mental health....but when I need comfort I often turn towards something chewy. Like Milk Duds.

I hear you!!! I tend to crave carbs, crunch, or something salty....the carbs give me a feeling of fullness when I feel mentally thin and empty. Though I don't tend to choose the healthiest options on my bad days. Sometimes dark choc is great

Sometimes when i am really depressed, I get several cravings for foods I rarely eat. it's strange. Other times, I cannot eat at all.
