Hello, my name is Andrei. I am an introvert. Like any other introvert, I am a "specialist" in self-reflection. Through it I have realised lately that I have a severe trauma from my childhood/teenage years that completely controls my life, I just can't figure out exactly what it is. I would need to know where do I need to head to for advice. What's the profession of the people that can help you with this type of situations? Is it a therapist? Thank you.

Welcome to Psych Central. I would definitely find a therapist to talk this all over with.

Let us know how your search goes! Sending many safe, warm hugs to you and the people you love and who love you, danieluc!
