Welcome to Psych Central, mark p. You didn't provide enough detail to be able to offer much in the way of specific advice. However here are links to 5 articles, from Psych Central's archives, on the subject of coping with anxiety & stress at work plus 2 on the subject of depression at work. Perhaps something in these articles can be of some help:

5 Quick Ways to Calm Anxiety at Work

8 Surprisingly Simple Ways to Manage Anxiety at Work

6 Ways to Stress Less at Work

Coping with Job Stress

Managing Stress at Work

I hope you find PC to be of benefit.

You could try meditation or yoga. It helps calming your mind. Even getting a dog or a cat as an emotional support could be really useful.
