Will you be away at all and off the radar? You might want to tell close acquaintances. I was gone two weeks in December and again two weeks this May. On both occasions some panic ensued. It was nice enough to know people cared but I felt badly they thought the worst might have happened. So yeah, in order to avoid the same here's just a little suggestion that you let those you are usually in frequent contact with about your little trip or break from your usual routine.
With that said I will be off the air for a wee bit. |

Thank you. We are back and I am well and refreshed and feeling pretty clear and happy.
I forgot to tell everybody though about our planned adventure away and in fact a few turned out to have worried. I guess there are a lot of people out there who know I have had SI in the past and it is sad that people would jump to such thoughts about me but I concentrate on the positive in that this shows a great deal of people really care and this is a nice and heartwarming thought to have. |

Good suggestion. I always tell people where I am at because I don’t want them to freak out.
