I am feeling really weird and fuzzy and losing control of my emotions. I feel like i'm forgetting something. I feel confused and disoriented. I usually don't notice until i focus on it. Im wondering if there's something wrong with me?

Hello, ILOVEHARRYPOTTER13, and welcome to Psych Central! I suggest you start with going to a regular doctor to see what he or she says about your symptoms. It's hard to even guess what's going on.

By the way, if you're interested, we have a social group for Potter lovers here. The link is: https://psychcentralforums.com/group...ry-potter.html

You can join social groups after you get five posts, They can even be by playing the games.

I hope you can get relief from your symptoms soon.

Welcome to Psych Central, ILOVEHARRYPOTTER. The Coping with Emotions forum, here on PC, may be of interest to you. Here's a link:

https://psychcentralforums.com/coping-with-emotions/

You didn't mention how old you are. But I'm going to guess perhaps you may be a teen? (If not I'll just have to put up with the embarrassment at my error.) Anyway... here are links to 2 articles from Psych Central's archives... 1 on coping with emotions as a teen & 1 on depression:

Techniques for Teens: How to Cope with Your Emotions

8 Tips for Teenage Depression

I hope you find PC to be of benefit.

Welcome, @ILOVEHARRYPOTTER13! Unfortunately we're not professionals so we can't really say for sure what you may be experiencing at the moment! I'd suggest to follow Travelinglady's and Skeezyks' advice and contact a professional doctor as soon as you possibly can! Hopefully they'll be able to help you and to make you understand what's going on. Ask your parents you're not at least 18 years old. In any case, wishing you a pleasent stay in this WONDERFUL Forum. Please be kind to yourself and stay safe. You're important, you matter, you're wise and you're WONDERFUL! Always tell yourself that. Please take GGREAT and WONDERFUL care of yourself. Sending many safe, warm hugs to BOTH you, @ILOVEHARRYPOTTER13, your Family, your Friends and ALL of your Loved Ones! Please keep fighting and keep rocking as much as you possibly can like you're already wonderfully doing all and entirely by yourself! PLEASE DO KEEP FIGHTING AND DO KEEP ROCKING!
