Does anyone struggle with explaining things, both in real life and online? I tend to have trouble especially if it's something long. It is worse online since explaining things without face to face contact makes it hard sometimes. I've even deleted whole texts because I don't think the person would understand. Or even on here, I've deleted entire threads due to me realizing they made no sense and in some cases, caused people to mistake them for something they aren't and completely take it the wrong way. It is not as bad face to face but it still happens where I struggle on how I want to say something even though I know exactly what I want to say in my mind. Wasn't sure if anyone else had that problem. It can be annoying? Any tips on how to get over that? Just wondered.

Count me in please.I have a hard time explaining things or how I feel.Over the years I have grown very silent. Why even bother to say something if I am unable to send the message across? Recently I met a person who knew me until age 3 or 4 and was surprised I was so silent.I asked him to tell about how I was as a small child. He told me he has never seen such a talkative ,active and expressive child like me and asked what happened to you dear? Hmmmmm........what happened to me?IDK.

But somehow I intend to make a change in myself. By the way ,dear, tell me if you are able to understand what I was trying to say.If you do then I am making a progress.

Yes I have a hard time organizing my thoughts and getting my words out correctly. I know what I want to say and I have a plan but it doesn’t come out that way. Also sometimes just the wrong stuff comes out. The other day I wanted to say Oxy Clean but Oxy Cotton came out instead. And then a few days before that I was trying to say Dr. Ken but the leader of North Korea came out instead. 🤦 My therapist says it’s due to my medical condition.
